i have never left a negative review anywhere but this specific chipotle is the worst i’ve ever been to. the staff is INCREDIBLY rude. no one behind me in line but yet rushed through the whole process giving half scoops for convenience. at the register she got frustrated with me for not being able to hear her therefor answering her question wrong.

Literally every time I order delivery from here it is messed up. Guac when you don't want it (allergy), no guac when you do, lacking extra meat, extra spicy salsa when none ordered. Portion sizes are good, but when they're the wrong ingredients, what does that matter?

Went here last night and got a burrito bowl and a couple bites in had something hard in my food. When I spit it out I found GLASS!!!! When I took the food back the girl admitted they broke a bottle of glass in the kitchen. So basically that glass made its way into the food and they didn’t throw the food away. Instead it was served!!!! I pray that no one else had this issue last night because that was awful and scary.

I got chips and salsa and I got stale chips and half a ramekin of salsa ...Thanks Chipotle!!

Disgusting to watch the server use the pico spoon to stir her meat in her own lunch, put her fingers in her meat lunch, then put the spoon back in the salsa and her fingers on MY food

They hardly filled up my burrito bowl at all. It might as well have been half full. Extremely small quantities for the price you pay. Just go to the main street location

Why when you call can you not speak to someone? I ordered through the app and the restaurant put someone elses food in my bag so we got the wrong order. I contacted cs and re ordered. I wanted to talk to someone at the restaurant to let me know it was a really order so it didnt get messed up again! CANT GET THROUGH TO TALK TO SOMEONE!

Disgusting food and horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at a local Mexican food restaurant. Chipotle isn't worth the money! Won't let me post a picture,do better Google.

I had a piece of plastic in my bowl.. not to mention I got overcharged by something I didn’t even order? What’s up with the rude staff too?? Nobody gaf anymore??

I wish I didn't have to write this review, but today, the employee making my burrito bowl treated me absolutely terribly. She treated me far worse than any Chipotle employee has treated me in my entire life... and I've been eating Chipotle since I was a teenager. I asked for mild and medium salsa, and she just put mild, quickly asking me what else, trying to rush me through ordering. I didn't really mind that, but after she had added cheese and sour cream and corn, I mentioned, "I said medium salsa too". I wasn't harsh or upset with her, but she got very angry and dumped some medium salsa into the bowl, slammed a lid on top of it, and walked away, not even finishing my order. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

This is one of the best Chipotle’s we’ve been to in awhile. Didn’t have to ask for more of anything! ☺️ Totally worth it!
