Been here before and been satisfied. Food been good service good and cleanliness good. However on this kast visit service was somewhat quick but not too friendly or genuine. Place was not too clean and could use some cleaning of tables and dining area. Seemed there were about 5 workers all gathered behind the counter but not enough proactiveness. The steak was not fully cooked or seasoned, it was chewy and could stomach eating anymore as I only ate half the burrito.

My husband and our little boy went to Chipotle on 17th and Main in Longmont. I have never seen my husband so upset in my life. First of all they had no regular white rice with out cilantro as he cannot have the cilantro that gives him a bad reaction to it. They said it would be 20-30 minutes until they could fix regular white rice with out the cilantro. The medium green hot sauce that he got on the side was cold when it was supposed to be at least warm or room temperature not cold with ice in it. 2 workers had very bad attitudes to my husband and little boy. The manager that was working there has no purpose being in a management position period. My husband is looking at how to get a hold of corporate to have this all addressed immediately. We will no longer be doing business at this location any more. I can see where they received a 3.7 star rating as all the companies of my husband's family owns in Longmont are 4.8 and 5 star ratings. This company is very badly ran. Wish them the best of luck trying to get any thing above a 3.8 rating.

Considering the good location of this Chipotle, you would think that the service and food would be better than most. The last three times I have gone to this Chipotle I got small portions and bad service. The employees seem to think they are doing us customers a favor by serving us!

TL;DR : A generic restaurant with generally polite staff, a decent selection of tasty meats but every other food here tastes bland including the salsa, and a dirty and poorly kept dining area with constantly overflowing trash cans.
I'll forever be baffled as to why Chipotle is referred to as a "Mexican reestaurant" when the menu is just about the most generic gringo-taco-place fare you could possibly imagine, but in fairness to this location that is a problem with the franchise as a whole not just this one location; nobody chooses their parents, haha.
I've only visited this location a few times, some times separated by several years, but it's remained consistent. The staff is basically polite, and they do the best they can with how overwhelmingly busy it is at all times, though the overheads speakers blare music at high volume constantly making it difficult to hear whatever the teenagers behind the counter are quietly mumbling at you as you order. Again this is an issue with Chipotle as a whole, not just this location, but it bears mentioning their meats are about the only thing with decent flavor, whereas the rest of the contents, rice, tortillas, hell they even found a way to screw up the almighty pinto beans, all taste quite bland. I'll be forever amazed they somehow made salsa taste generic, haha. They could also give you meat in larger portions, or smaller portions, or depending on how they're feeling on that particular day, so that's consistently inconsistent. But at least the meat's tasty, when you get any in your tacos that is.
Atmosphere is another story. The bathrooms, dining area, tables, and floors are always quite filthy each time I've visited this location which tells me they don't put much emphasis into cleanliness amd housekeeping, which always worries me as a former restaurant worker, since I wonder how much risk of food poisoning might be arising behind the counter with an attitude like that. At any rate, I've never gotten sick eating here, but at a glance I'd imagine they only clean up maybe once or twice a shift.
What could I expect? It's Chipotle which makes it just overpriced Taco Bell at the end of the day. If I want this type of food, I generally go to Qdoba, since it's far more clean, and the staff is much bubblier and friendly, and they serve you larger portions, and the salsa and tortillas, and queso are actually tasty there. If you like Chipotle though, I'm sure you've adjusted your standards to this type of food and atmosphere so I doubt I'm going to change your mind.

I’m highly disappointed. Rice and beans were way undercooked… so much so they were crunchy. The steak was completely overcooked that it was too tough to chew.
This is a well run location. Good size portions and food is prepared with care. Restaurant was clean and napkins, straws etc well stocked. Chipotle needs to make it easier to tip their employees! I appreciate them very much.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of folks bring their kids for dinner here.

I've never been so horrified by a chipotle in my life. I tried to order a veggie bowl and they wouldn't give me more than a bite of veggies or guac. After opening the bowl it was even more disappointing, everything was cold and the rice was even soggy and the guac brown and then the bag of chips didn't even have 15 chips in it. Given we were eating it within five minutes of it leaving the counter it was disgusting.
I don't know if all Chipotle's have gotten this bad but I'll never go to this one again.

All the tables were all dirty, trash was full, the serving line was not wiped up, and the drink machine was sticky with spilled soda. We left after getting food because there was no place to sit. I wish I had taken pictures to send the manager of the condition of the place with staff just hanging around the serving line with no customers.

Asked for, and I quote, "just a teeny, tiny amount of cheese." Evidently basic English comprehension was lacking, and I was given an entire handful. Then, when I said that's too much, they put the cheese right back into the tray they took it out of. Gross food safety violation on top of language barrier, unacceptable.
