Placed an online pick up for 9:30-40, burrito wasn’t rolled and was completely open when I opened it and the chips were also stale. Idk what has happened with chipotle but it had completely fallen down hill, the workers don’t seem happy at all.

Been here before and been satisfied. Food been good service good and cleanliness good. However on this kast visit service was somewhat quick but not too friendly or genuine. Place was not too clean and could use some cleaning of tables and dining area. Seemed there were about 5 workers all gathered behind the counter but not enough proactiveness. The steak was not fully cooked or seasoned, it was chewy and could stomach eating anymore as I only ate half the burrito.

They messed up on two bowls and I had to repeat 2 times that I didn’t want that in my bowl, and the staff was really rude.

My husband and our little boy went to Chipotle on 17th and Main in Longmont. I have never seen my husband so upset in my life. First of all they had no regular white rice with out cilantro as he cannot have the cilantro that gives him a bad reaction to it. They said it would be 20-30 minutes until they could fix regular white rice with out the cilantro. The medium green hot sauce that he got on the side was cold when it was supposed to be at least warm or room temperature not cold with ice in it. 2 workers had very bad attitudes to my husband and little boy. The manager that was working there has no purpose being in a management position period. My husband is looking at how to get a hold of corporate to have this all addressed immediately. We will no longer be doing business at this location any more. I can see where they received a 3.7 star rating as all the companies of my husband's family owns in Longmont are 4.8 and 5 star ratings. This company is very badly ran. Wish them the best of luck trying to get any thing above a 3.8 rating.

Considering the good location of this Chipotle, you would think that the service and food would be better than most. The last three times I have gone to this Chipotle I got small portions and bad service. The employees seem to think they are doing us customers a favor by serving us!
