My family ordered a special cake for mother's day and I was hoping to pick it up earlier than it was supposed to be ready. I called the store after ordering it and they explained that it takes at least 24 hours to make the special order cakes due to having the ice cream firm up and since it was a busy weekend, it may not be ready early.
I understood, but decided to call back the next day and just see if it was possibly ready early (even an hour sooner than I had predicted.) and it WAS!
I went in and gave the girl who made it an extra tip to thank her for her time and urgency. She was very kind and the cake was beautiful and perfect to every specification we requested. My kids are still asking for more of this cake and it's been gone for nearly a week now. We'll be doing this same tradition next year.
The owner herself emailed after the weekend to thank us for ordering from their store and I'm pleased with their level of customer service. It's rare to find these days!

This is the third time we've ordered from here via Door Dash. The first time, they didn't send the cones we ordered. If they're out of stock, there should either be a refund or a quantity limit on the site. The second time was just fine. This time, two of the bowls were fine, and the third was completely melted. There were also only two banana chunks and maybe three almond pieces. It's $1.90 for an additional mix in. I'm not sure what this locations issue is, but they can't seem to get it right unless you go in person and watch them make your order.

Rude came in on 10/4 @ 9:30 pm 3 people working and they can't say hi or anything when you come in... I was theire for a doordash I stood at the register for 5 minutes no Knowledgeable to me I had to cut off a customer ro tell them I was here for doordash

Usually you great someone when they walk. The girl looked me in the eyes gave me a dirty look then keep working ignoring me. The guy was fantastic and friendly 12/1 pm Friday the 24th

The owner has been great about sorting out our order every time they get it wrong. He continues to reassure me it doesn’t happen often, so it might just be me whose order is messed up about 60% of the time. Last time an ice cream didn’t make it to the house when we had it delivered. This time we picked it up and the waffle bowls weren’t included. It’s usually the waffle bowls they forget (delivery or pick up). I have included notes with the order, begging to have the waffle bowls included but it rarely helps. I left my name and number to provide feedback to the owner tonight but have little hopes the information will be communicated. The gentlemen working tonight didn’t inspire confidence.I think it’s fine if you go in and order. It’s always a wait and the store isn’t the cleanest so that’s a little off putting. I have given them many chances but I think it’s time for me to find a new ice cream place.
