My family ordered a special cake for mother's day and I was hoping to pick it up earlier than it was supposed to be ready. I called the store after ordering it and they explained that it takes at least 24 hours to make the special order cakes due to having the ice cream firm up and since it was a busy weekend, it may not be ready early.

I recently wrote a bad review of an experience I had a few days ago at this establishment, and I have come back to share this new experience. The lovely owner reached out to me and listened to what I had to say, and they were nothing but kind to me. They asked me questions, apologized, and offered me a second try. We always look out for Cold Stone Creameries and so were very pleased to find one within an easy drive of where we were staying. Lots of choice and, while it isn't cheap, it is very enjoyable.
