Benji was making great drinks and was super entertaining! Awesome time hanging out at this distillery. Super clean, good vibes. Definitely recommend.
Awesome bartender, and delicious cocktails and spirits!
Benji was an incredible bartender! He was very knowledgeable, intrinsically creative and cheerfully sociable with all of his customers; we were no exception. Everything tasted delicious and was a delight to sample.
He also handled a Saturday night alone with deft precision and equal attention to everyone inside, while still giving us a personal and frankly very fun experience with him as a person.
Let this man cook! He has amazing ideas for a fun, unique cocktail menu in the future, and he deserves the chance to run with it. :)
If you’re in Longmont you need to check this place out!! Drinks are so yummy! The bartender Benjie was amazing. The drinks are Soooo good and the atmosphere in this place is amazing:))))

The management here is awful! They bought the wedding venue where we were supposed to host our wedding and made everything so much harder. I can't tell you how many times I cried and was physically ill from the stress of dealing with these people. Then they cancelled the contract 8 days before and refused to refund our money.
Copper Sky is an amazing distillery in Longmont Colorado. Their single malt whiskey is excellen, and for those of you who don’t like whiskey their raspberry limeade is superb Destiny our whiskey-tenderwas fun. happy drinking.
Excellent selection of whiskey and spirits. They srr constantly adding new spirits to try.

Amazing open air atmosphere. Super laid back! I got a bottle of the Fallen Hero’s Whiskey. And some grub from Johnnys! Absolutely delightful ?
The atmosphere at Cooper Sky is so cozy and welcoming! Christian was awesome and so much fun at the bar. We loved meeting Char, the distillery live-in mascot! We love supporting locally owned businesses and can’t wait to come back.

DELICIOUS Manhattan’s and Old Fashion’s, (and I’m sure everything else). The bartender Christian was super personable,everyone inside and was friendly. We will for sure come back when we are visiting fam in Longmont.
