I was in today and had a great experience with the staff — their customer service was excellent. While I was being helped, a woman named Stacy Clark came in loudly complaining about the phone ringing. She was incredibly rude to the young lady assisting me and acted as if she was entitled to treat employees however she wanted. Stacy Clark is a poor reflection of southern culture and should be embarrassed by her behavior. The employee, on the other hand, handled it with grace and professionalism, and I want to give credit where it’s due.
