Was excited to try the coco puff concrete mixer. When it was brought out to my car it looked light in color, so I clarified if this was the coco puff mixer. They said yes. Turns out they made it with vanilla custard instead of the chocolate custard like they’re supposed to. 0/10 spent a fortune on the incorrect order.

Ordered raspberry cheesecake ice cream Paid 16$ for 3 cones. ( rip off) They give me plain vanilla with 2 pieces of raspberry though the whole ice cream. I had to park to go in to tell them to exchange it.

my sandwich, I got the sourdough melt, was really greasy and soggy ... service was pretty slow and it wasn't even that busy, not sure what was going on, but my worst experience here to date ... I usually love this place🫤

Incompetent register worker had a tantrum because she couldn’t communicate and then the restaurant “misplaced” my order, which I only noticed after multiple people who ordered after me received their food first. If you don’t like customer service jobs, don’t work in customer service. As a restaurant, you should have comped the meal for your employee’s mess up. Night crew is much better than the day crew!
