I used to love dairy Queen when the prices were reasonable. After yesterday and viewing the cost of a blizzard been more than three or four dollars, I have completely decided to boycott dairy Queen as a result. Don't earn repeat customers by charging exorbitant prices for simple treatments like ice cream. My blizzard was over $7 yesterday and that is not even for a large size. Come on, get realistic dairy Queen and don't try to retire off of One customer.
Every time I come here I swear I'll never come back due to the bad attitudes and being treated as if I'm interrupting the workers important conversations with each other but tonight I didn't even get the chance bc at 1024 the drive thru was closed. Online it says the drive thru should be open until 1030.. maybe it's wrong? I just wanted some ice cream after a long day 😔

So dissapointed. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake pieces. And it’s like I told them to hold the cheesecake. 😕 payed extra for just a strawberry blizzard.
Took a long time in the Drive-Thru and then the portions weren't very big but other than that it was great
Good service and friendly staff. But come on guys, you can put a little more whip cream on this $6 shake
Now while I would normally rate this dq much higher than one star this experience is def a one at best. I went in to get myself a Julius and my wife a cotton candy blizzard. She loves the pink stuff they put in them so I asked that they use plenty of it and paid for extra. Upon leaving and her eating it, she finds that not only did they not use extra but used none as in zero of the pink stuff. Very disappointed.
I was inside picking up a mobile order and it took forever. I finally showed one of the workers my phone screen to see if I was at the right location and she said yes. Then she said, oh is this a mobile order. I said yes and another worker handed me the shakes which were partially melted and didn’t have any whipped cream on them. I would’ve had them remake them, but there were 4 or 5 young teens there using the “N” word very loudly and causing a disruption. I did not feel comfortable being in that space. This location is permanently marked off my list.
Unfortunately, I received the wrong order last night around 10:30. Wanted cookies and cream and got oreo. How? Lol I am pretty sure the kids working there were just nervous because of the time I came in and the location, I get it, so I'll give this place 2 stars lol
I purchased a cake, 1/2 discount in the freezer. It looked sketchy however, the employee stated it would taste as normal and it was only a few days old. It was inedible, spoiled so bad my gf and I had to spit out our only bites. Must have been several weeks old as least. The staff would not accept our return without the physical cake, I stated I threw it away and could bring it in the trash bag, my request was denied resulting in this review. I even asked for only a gift card vs cash back. I’d be happy to update this review if a refund is issued.
Made mobile order on app placed to THIS store. Workers refused to make our order because "it didn't come through on their end" when we had the order number, receipt, and were even charged. Never got out order and now we have to dispute the charge with our bank. Unacceptable to treat customers like this.

My boyfriend and I just came through the drive thru and I’m genuinely just annoyed by the attitude we got for asking the drive through girl to keep the change. I work in the service industry and know the “are you kidding me” look and fake smile all too well because I do it all the time (to myself), I get it, but I didn’t realize Dairy Queen was expecting tips at the drive thru now? Or so it seemed since she dropped the quarter we just told her to keep into the change bucket aggressively and then looked at us like we were a bunch of jerks. We just got out of a 4 hour newborn class and wanted some quick ice cream drop the tude over the loose change sis lmfao
Great place to go. Staff is always friendly and quick. Best Dairy Queen in town
