I ordered a #1 and large blizzard today at 615pm after 10 min I went to the front making sure they didn't forget about me as others who were after had already received their food. They hadn't even started my order, I waited 8 more minutes and still nothing. I had to get to an engagement and for these knuckleheads to have the audacity to say it will be 1 more min was ridiculous. They clearly needed the money more than I needed to eat. I left after waiting 18 minutes for fast food... Horrible service, the shift manager should be written up for the lack of leadership and inability to operate an efficient business. 18 min is ridiculous and all I got was a blizzard and a drink (I had to ask for the cup after 10 min of waiting). Will never return and my $10 meal you guys can give that to a homeless person in need. thanks

Angie did a amazing job tonight she was so busy and little help from anyone else in staff actually saw her doing everything for the front by herself. They were super busy. Door dash needs to calm down. I plan on calling management tomorrow and letting them know what I saw. These guys are young with many of them having their first jobs every be nice to the workers it very stressful for them.

Everything about this place made our experience perfect. We normally love the chicken tenders with gravy and love to stop through the drive thru when we pass a Grill and Chill location. Today was our anniversary so we came inside to sit down and they had the whole store decorated for Valentine's Day and had a Valentines drawing for coupons. On top of the atmosphere and food being perfect, the manager was so friendly and polite, brought our food and others food out with haste. Overall it was fast, yummy, and so pleasant.Thank you, Noah, for being awesome!

Friendly service with a small town atmosphere. Kid friendly with reasonable adult prices, something for everyone, also providing non dairy products.
The people were friendly the food was freshly cooked. The only complaint I have was that I don't think I've ever had gravy in my life that poured like water. That gravy was not adhering to anything! Just think with the rise and costs to eat out that the gravies should actually resemble gravy. Other than that it was a pleasant

On the floor is my melted ice cream. they refused to flip it as per their company standards for fear of it falling out....Very unhappy

great service! you're greeted as you walk in, the person training did a great job at taking our order and getting everything correct. the food was nice and fresh and the place looked nice and clean including the bathroom. i will definitely be returning.Kid-friendliness: theres a kids menu, comes with a treat.

If you want a corporate, cheapo ice cream treat, made with as much attention to cutting costs as possible, this is the place. Or you can have some pretty awful food that takes way too long to get. There may or may not be someone to take your order when you walk in.The employees do hustle and are doing their best, it's just cheap product and long waits.

I'm changing my review because I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I did have to wait a little for my food due to staffing issues, but the staff was more than helpful, and they were working hard to make sure all customers were taken care of.
