We went to the Dairy Queen tonight and had our orders prepared perfectly the young man working tonight were Ben, Connor, and Jacob. All three incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Our complicated IP orders were made to perfection and they were able to help us use the app for the first time. Highly recommend this location

My kids love this place and try to negotiate their way into more blizzards all the time. My daughter gives it a 4 because it doesn't have any vegan options. She realizes it is "Dairy" queen but still thinks they should have it.

A decent place. The workers were a little low energy and my brothers shake had a nut in it. I understand there is always a chance of cross contamination, and I'm not saying the workers did anything wrong, just something to be aware of if you have severe allergies.

I came in this Friday night around 10:36 and the crew gave me harsh look. I asked for a cup of vanilla ice cream with both dips on top and the cashier rang me up while the ice cream expert started working on my order. After I paid, they handed me a cup of vanilla and chocolate ice cream swirled. I was confused, but I realized they must have misheard me and I asked if I could get the dips on top. They looked at me as if I was asking for them to do something that takes time. That is a very simple order, but I get it; you wanna go home. Cmon tho, it’s Friday night and there’s 24 minutes til u close. Anyways, the person in the back takes the cup and says “just so you know, the dip usually costs extra” in this snarky tone, as if I didn’t know that and specifically ask for it. The cashier probably didn’t understand me, but it’s not my fault if you don’t ask. Anyways, I just felt like writing this because I want the person in the back, presumably the manager, to chill out a little :) felt like they were bringing the mood down for everyone, but I could be wrong. Cheers lads
Closed 1hr earlier than advertised. Employee came out to ensure all lights, including the “open,” were turned off right in front of us.

I watched them use their bare hands to put together my banana split and it was honestly disgusting. You shouldn’t touch a customers food/fruit without gloves on. It’s nasty and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

So we've been coming here for years and it used to be that I would've given them five stars. In the last year or so the cones have really gotten smaller. I normally get a medium twist dipped in chocolate and have usually been really disappointed in the size. Today I went ahead and got a large and I swear it was the same amount of ice cream as the medium which itself is quite a bit smaller than it used to be. The only thing bigger was the cone itself. I just feel taken advantage of.
