Sitting ned to the DQ is the best BBQ in longmont. Cute little place with a high counter to order you food from. Its taller then i am so i had to meet him at the end to order but the best texan style bbq that longmont has to offer.

The staff are always friendly and efficient. The food is pretty good too.
Horrible food, brisket was cold and dry, sausage was dry and obviously cut off the link some time ago. I don't even know why I gave this place a second try. I smoke my own meat but just did not have the time. Never again

Went here a few weeks ago and provided feedback which received a standard response.After ordering a selection of mixed chips, I asked to switch out one bag to a bag of Fritos only to be told No! as he needed them for the Frito pies.Why on earth do you have product out for sale but then refuse to sell it. Can’t believe the guy (or manager) is lacking CS skills so severely. Asked for his name as this was needed for the Dickys feedback form and he refused that also.Appears this location needs some coaching based on how they treat their customers.
I went in one day with a big craving for fried okra. The person taking the order was preparing the order as I gave it. He said they didn't have any okra saying they hadn't had it for a while. I was greatly disappointed. I was trying to consider my options. Then the guy said, Don't get mad at me. Not the right thing to say at that moment. I do blame them. If it isn't available, TAKE IT OFF THE MENU!!! Or, at least cover it up on the menu sign. As soon as he tried to correct my disappointment, I said Never mind and walked out. I'm not compelled to go back. If that guy is the manager, he's bad at it. I just wanted what I wanted for a birthday lunch.*Update - The owner contacted me by email. I responded, then nothing.

I was wanting barbecue and decided to try Dickeys. The beef was extremely dry and the sides were luke warm. For the price I had high hopes for Dickeys.

I’ve only ever had one bad experience at a Dickey’s, and it wasn’t this one. The brisket is tasty and all the sides hit the spot. Love the variety of sauces. Thank you for providing consistency in good food!

I was treated like a POS on3/12/2024 @ 6:07pm and when i got home i noticed they forgot my Mac and cheese, I called and a girl answered and said she couldn't find my order i had the receipt and she didn't believe me, so I was pissed so I drove up there and I told them again my food was missing he checks the cameras just to be a hater and ends up giving me my food cause I was right they were wrong..He looked surprised when it wasn't on tje camera of them giving it to me..Better BBQ places in Longmont..Horrible never going back snd passing the word around town...
