I went in one day with a big craving for fried okra. The person taking the order was preparing the order as I gave it. He said they didn't have any okra saying they hadn't had it for a while. I was greatly disappointed. I was trying to consider my options. Then the guy said, Don't get mad at me. Not the right thing to say at that moment. I do blame them. If it isn't available, TAKE IT OFF THE MENU!!! Or, at least cover it up on the menu sign. As soon as he tried to correct my disappointment, I said Never mind and walked out. I'm not compelled to go back. If that guy is the manager, he's bad at it. I just wanted what I wanted for a birthday lunch.*Update - The owner contacted me by email. I responded, then nothing.

I was wanting barbecue and decided to try Dickeys. The beef was extremely dry and the sides were luke warm. For the price I had high hopes for Dickeys.

I’ve only ever had one bad experience at a Dickey’s, and it wasn’t this one. The brisket is tasty and all the sides hit the spot. Love the variety of sauces. Thank you for providing consistency in good food!

I was treated like a POS on3/12/2024 @ 6:07pm and when i got home i noticed they forgot my Mac and cheese, I called and a girl answered and said she couldn't find my order i had the receipt and she didn't believe me, so I was pissed so I drove up there and I told them again my food was missing he checks the cameras just to be a hater and ends up giving me my food cause I was right they were wrong..He looked surprised when it wasn't on tje camera of them giving it to me..Better BBQ places in Longmont..Horrible never going back snd passing the word around town...

Great food, reasonable prices and friendly staff!!! THE place to go for lunch and dinner!
Came here in the evening on January 8 and was waiting for a meal with my daughter, but stood there for several minutes as the first person in the order line and was never even acknowledge even though the employees were standing right in front of me, they seemed really busy because they told several mobile orders they had to wait and they also seem frustrated. This place appears to be poorly managed and understaffed, leading to inadequate service. It is unclear whether this is due to low business levels or other reasons.

I’ve walked by and drove by this place several times and never popped in.. ordered some delivery and I was thoroughly impressed!! As an avid pulled pork lover I gotta say the sandwich was excellent!! The fries were on point as well.. I highly reccomend this place if your looking for good bbq!!

I loved the service I received. I had a last minute get-together for 26 people. Dickey's went out of their way to accommodate my huge order. Everyone raved about the food.Also, it was Veteran's Day and they were honoring the Vets with a free pulled pork sandwich and thanked each one for their service.Will definitely use them again. They deserve more than 5 stars, in my opinion.

If you can't honor an online order for pickup at 11 AM, don't offer it as an option for a pick up time. Pretty straight forward, you would think. Not at Dixkies. They let you place the order and then call later and say ot won't be ready till 11 30 or closer to 12. Can't make this stuff up.
