Had a terrible experience with Neveah, manager/delivery driver. Literally took a pizza I paid for back to the location and told me over the phone I could refund it or come pick up myself for no refund(with the delivery fee and tip of course). It being the dinner ordered at 11, she didn’t leave me with much choice in the matter did she? To top it all off she couldn’t even come to talk to me about it herself like a professional, she sent a teenager to speak to me once I arrived in person. Genuinely awful service I’m not sure how this Neveah is has a job here, especially a manager at that? I think that’s very telling about the quality everything about a location under someone like that!

The pizza was missing the garlic butter, paper thin crust, over cooked, and barely had any sauce on the pizza. We were disappointed by this dominoes location, usually it’s good pizza but not form this location I suppose.

Domino's delivery service has become very disappointing. Every time I order, the app shows the pizza is "out of the oven," but it sits for 45 to 75 minutes before being delivered. The result is the same every time—cold, dried-out pizza. It seems they don’t have enough drivers and don’t time orders so the pizza is fresh when a driver picks it up. Instead, they make the pizza right away, and it just sits until a driver is available.
Domino's even sent an email after my most recent delivery acknowledging it "was not what we hoped it would be," offering a small discount instead of taking meaningful steps to improve. It’s clear they’re fine with offering excuses and small discounts rather than fixing the problems.
I want to start off by saying first, I order quite a bit of dominos. It is one of my top places to grab something quick to eat. I would say for the last few years I it averages out to about 2 or 3 times a month from various locations around the Denver metro area. I am what you'd call a picky eater and there for I order pretty specific customizations on my meals. Domino's is no different, I order my pizza with light sauce and extra cheese, because it is the best that way! And most locations are okay about it, but somehow this location has my order down to a science. The last few times I picked up my medium pepperoni with light garlic sauce and extra cheese, it has been flawless. I wanted to give a shout out to the crew here because they really are killin' it in the kitchen! So whatever it is, keep it up guys!
