Wonderful local spot

This was originally a one star review because the bartender Gus was so unwelcoming and terrible in conversation that we had to leave the bar and sit at a table, which is also a pretty awkward thing to have to do.

It is now a few days later and I’ve edited this review up to 3 stars because everyone else was lovely and my drink was really good.

I expect my next visit to be a five star experience as long as Gus isn’t there.

This is a quality business with amazing practices, including encouraging and supporting grain farmers to use regenerative farming practices for quality soil and saving 50% of the water. After a discussion with the owner, I was so thoroughly impressed by his commitment to Colorado. I’ve been going into Dryland for years. Absolutely love the cocktails, the mid century decor and the staff. All extremely well done, including the incredible non-alcoholic selections that are so good, you have to remind yourself you’re not tipsy.

The drinks were good. We were very disheartened by the way the red bearded man treated the female waitresses on staff today. One waitress tried very sweetly to make a drink for me when they were out of ingredients needed for two of the menu drinks. The man rudely scolded her in front of us. He was also rude to the other female waitress within earshot of us telling her to take sure not to make up answers to guests. We didn't appreciate his degrading demeanor.

What a wonderful time! Stopped in here by chance and loved every minute of it. Gus was a great assistance to us in recommendations and went above and beyond. The drinks were tasty and unique, and the atmosphere was especially neat. Thank you for making my mom's birthday special!

They have some cactus spirits that are very similar to tequila with a smoked cactus that was wonderful although I did not care for personally the other choices of spirits I did like all three choices on the cactus ones. I did not try their food, but what I seen going to tables was very good. They have a great little sitting area outside the staff was friendly although they were doing some training which delayed service they were still very nice about how they handled it when communicating. It’s got a great atmosphere and plenty of choices of unique drinks and food choices. The grain that they make the spirits out of they also use in their baking which is very unique and it is Colorado’s oldest grain,

The best atmosphere for a few drinks and small plates. Caitlin was attentive, gave great recommendations, was very knowledgable, and was so friendly. We will definitely be making this a weekly go to.

This place is great! They have a hilariously oversized cobbler shaker and a bunch of well-thought-out craft cocktails. It's very clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Pictured: Raspberry Beret and Smoke Show.

Didn't love my cocktail choice but that was me going out of my comfort zone and trying something different. Went a different route with second drink - pear ginger shrub which was so good!!! A charcuterie board would have been a great addition to the menu. Nice find in Longmont!

It seemed cool. In tell some guy came up to my dogs to say hi. Which one of them barked back twice. The whole facade came down. I said sorry and this one bar tender rolled her eyes at me. Apparently one of the employees was sitting at the bar asked if she was having a tough day. Her response “something like that” I’m embarrassed I tipped for the rudeness because I thought the tip will go to the bartender but it goes in a community tip jar. You gotta be a certain type to like it here. I paid for a 20 dollar drink to have someone give attitude with it

Great spot. The staff is excellent and gracious. And the craft liquor is excellent. Start at Dry Land for a drink before moving on to dinner.

Would ld not have come if not in brewhop & WON’T GO BACK. 1sr impresn, bartender yelling, b4 we are in the door/in front of the whole bar, “if you’re coming frm brewhop, you’re here for 1 drink”. LOL! Nice welcome to our establishment new customers. I think tableside “hey guys, our drinks are heavy so we can only serve you each one”. And then12 ppl in our grp- only 1 liked their drink. It was fine they didn’t want our $. Our sweet server was awesome!!! Blue skirt, blue sweater - fabulous and I think a little embarrassed by the bartenders lack of professionalism.

Sipping on this sage gimlet evokes the tranquil essence of a leisurely stroll through an enchanting forest. The gin presents a delightful palette of nutty hues, weaving a complex tapestry of flavors. Meanwhile, the fragrant sage adds a layer of sophistication, creating a harmonious blend that is as aromatic as it is delicious. Love the staff. Love the atmosphere. So lucky to find this fabulous place!
