This is one of my favorite coffee shops because of their drink innovation and staff. The Dutch Bros culture shines through with really kind staff who ask about your day and seem genuinely interested. I love the constantly rotating special drinks as well.

I love dutch bros drinks but it takes 30 min to get through the line today my drink was made wrong i came back asking just to get the flavor i was missing in the cup and i was told i had to wait in line the girl went inside to ask she could of just took the cup and added the flavor and i would of been out of there .

Literally the most chaotic and inconveniently located drive thru ever. 2 choices: 1. Wait in a line of cars for ever or 2. Hope your car doesnt get rammed by oncoming traffic because your car is sticking halfway into busy street. I have wanted dutch bros BADLY but then seen the madness and went to Starbucks instead numerous times.

I love Dutch bros and this team is always very friendly. Highly recommend the zero sugar double rainbro rebel drink. The only complaint one could have is that the line sometimes gets so long it wraps around and blocks traffic in the entering lane. But it’s usually not an issue, the team works fast to move cars through the line.

I would just like to say, HIRE MORE PEOPLE, CARE ABOUT YOUR STAFF!! These girls tonight were absolutely sweethearts and I can not believe this has been almost the 4th or 6th time I’ve came and they’ve been short staffed, struggling, etc… it’s not fair to your employees and no wonder your turn over rate is crazy… (all this coming from personal perspective of coming..) Tonight I do give a shoutout to the women on window especially Bri, she was absolutely amazing and was killing it with the drink making speed… praying for a good thing to happen to this store…

I used to really enjoy coming to this Dutch Bros on Main Street—it’s actually the location where I first discovered Dutch Bros! Unfortunately, the quality of both the drinks and service has noticeably declined over time.
I understand that staffing and training likely fall under management’s responsibilities, but there just seems to be a consistent lack of attention to both customer service and drink quality lately. I make the trip up from Boulder specifically to visit this spot, but after today, I think it may be my last.
I do hope things improve, especially since they’ve started using the new mobile ordering app, which is a step in the right direction. Would love to see this location thrive again with better staffing and more consistent service.
