Ordered for pick up, sent my husband to grab the food, someone stole our food. My husband said that the manager Sandra was being rude about it, I called and Sandra mentioned that she wasn’t allowed to give refunds on credit cards but that she would remake the food. It’s not the customers fault if someone else steals. We paid for our food and it was gone when my husband got there. Sandra said she would have it ready in 5 minutes and took way longer. My husband heard comments in the back that Sandra made about having to remake the food. I am sure this place has cameras it’s that easy, look at the camera footage. Even if the food is good managers that are disrespectful and childish ruin the business for the company. Be careful when ordering online.

Do not go to this location. The store owner is a mean, ugly soul of a person. Spews hateful things at strangers and customers. All the while saying how nice and kind she is. The store owner is so awful I won't ever go back there.

Placed a Togo order over an hour before I was wanting to pick it up, go into the store wait over 20 minutes to find out they skipped over my order and in fact do not have any of the bagels I ordered. Get this store some help. Very disappointing.

The manager lady is so nice and accommodated for my reward cause I don't like egg!!! The other employees are nice and shown me how to build my own bagel The food is always good and I like the fact they ask if I am a rewards member!! It's very clean and the food comes fast!
