Einstein Bros. Bagels

This is one of the best Einstein’s locations I’ve been to. The bagels are fresh, the staff is friendly, and they actually seem to care about getting your order right. It can get busy at times, so you might have a bit of a wait—but that’s just how it goes at any good spot. (...so, just Enjoy the Moment🙏)

Sandy and the whole crew were amazing. My sister in law is getting married so we needed good food in a crunch and they totally helped us out. Thank you again!

Pretty baller

I went this morning and ordered a bakers dozen bagels for my family. It was a big order but all of the workers were super nice and helpful! I was really impressed at how fast they cranked out my order especially because I got them sliced.

You can tell they all work really hard and care about their job. They made sure I had all of the things I needed like plastic knives, napkins, and bags to store any left overs in. They even let me know to put any I don't eat today in the little bags so they don't harden.

The bagels and cream cheese were super good too. I got a variety of different kinds and none of them have disappointed! Each bagel my family has eaten has been amazing quality and super tasty. I sincerely believe Einstein Bagels should consider giving workers at this location a raise not only for working hard but for going above and beyond to give customers a happy start to their day. :)

Great food great staff

One of my favorite places to eat, and I love almost all of the sandwiches 🥪 but the last time I was there the lady put some extra sauce on my bagel and when I called she said I asked for extra sauce and I really didn't. I've ordered a lot of sandwiches but I never ordered extra sauce it made the bacon soggy.
I don't like to be told that I don't know how to order something I order all the time.

Ordered for pick up, sent my husband to grab the food, someone stole our food. My husband said that the manager Sandra was being rude about it, I called and Sandra mentioned that she wasn’t allowed to give refunds on credit cards but that she would remake the food. It’s not the customers fault if someone else steals. We paid for our food and it was gone when my husband got there. Sandra said she would have it ready in 5 minutes and took way longer. My husband heard comments in the back that Sandra made about having to remake the food. I am sure this place has cameras it’s that easy, look at the camera footage. Even if the food is good managers that are disrespectful and childish ruin the business for the company. Be careful when ordering online.
