By far the best torta I’ve had in Brighton. And I’ve tried many. Also just moved here from Denver and these guys have a lot of really good food trucks beat for sure. And I know of some good food trucks trust me. Will definitely be back to El Pollote

I stopped in here for a quick bite, it is exactly as what it says. Everything here is chicken! For some reason, I had not realized that so my menu experience was a little less than I would’ve thought! Overall, not bad….

The chicken is very good! Nice flavor, hot. The rice and beans were very good as well. Unfortunately, it did take a while to get my food, but I can spin that to say it was fresh and made to order. The service was good. Friendly and inviting. The price was definitely worth it. I will be back!
