The best tacos and really overall Mexican food in Longmont. They just moved to Ollin Farms, where they have picnic tables by the truck in a really family friendly area near the farmstand. This is the same truck that was formerly on 287, now in a way better location for eating at the truck. You enter at the farm entrance. Highly recommend!!

Just stopped to pick up some Pastor tacos on my way back to Denver. Tacos were oven hot, fresh, hot salsa was delicious. Service was timely and she was very nice. Prices were great too. Definitly will stop here again. YUMMY!!!

Best tacos I’ve have anywhere in Colorado. I have tried at least 15 taco trucks in Denver, most of the taco trucks in Longmont and even a couple down in Pueblo and Ft. Morgan. These tacos are the best, they stick to a couple of favorites and just put all the effort into them, they even have tlacoyos, if you haven’t tried them give them a go.

Had driven past for several weeks before finally stopping for dinner tonight. Was not disappointed! Barbacoa Torta was huge and layered with flavors. Carnitas and Azada tacos were great. Service was fast and friendly. Will be back to try different things on their extensive menu.
