The best tacos and really overall Mexican food in Longmont. They just moved to Ollin Farms, where they have picnic tables by the truck in a really family friendly area near the farmstand. This is the same truck that was formerly on 287, now in a way better location for eating at the truck. You enter at the farm entrance. Highly recommend!!
Best tacos I’ve ever had and it’s not even close. The people were so kind, and the food was amazing. Homemade tortillas made them even better. Highly recommend everything on the menu.
