The finest cappuccino I've ever had every time.

The owners of this café are super passionate about coffee and serving their community. They make sure that you are completely satisfied with your drink. Really special to see a local coffee shop off the side of I 25. They have a cute little area with couches, chairs, and tables.
I had a great conversation with the owners and got to try some of their cold brew as they prepared for a competition that weekend. Hope you guys did well!

Exellent coffee, smooth with no hint of bitterness or acidity. My mocha was perfectly balanced, not too sweet and I could still taste the coffee. Looking forward to trying some beans at home.

Owner of the coffee shop let us in when they were closed, she was very nice and the food was great! We got a chai and a cinnamon roll, chai was great and so was the cinnamon roll! We would definitely come back here!

Definitely recommend stopping by and trying their freshly roasted coffee! They make great cappuccinos and offer a wide range of espresso drinks. There is a good selection of locally sources breakfast options too.

Great place to enjoy an espresso. Barista / management are extremely nice and very knowledgeable about good coffee. They also have Bonfire Burritos from Golden, CO available for food, which are local and delicious.

What a fun find! We needed a caffeine fix and break from I-25 travel. Superbly roasted & brewed coffee; quiet, clean atmosphere; wifi; and awesome service. Highly recommend this hidden gem. We'll be back soon!

ERC Cafè is a gem. Awesome coffee, tea, food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend the burritos and black tea latte. I will definitely be coming back!
