I didn't go in with the intention of leaving a review so I didn't take any pics but we had such a wonderful experience I needed to share. We had chicken korma, chicken biryani and onion naan bread. Very flavorful and aromatic chicken dishes and the naan was out of this world! After we were full and finished and waiting for a to go box we couldn't stop dipping the naan in the sauce for the chicken korma- sadly there will be no naan in my lunch tomorrow! I'm already making plans for the next dishes I want to try. Our server was lovely and food came out fast and very hot. That naan was worthy of pictures all on its own! Thank you for an amazing meal.

Everest restaurant has been our favorite Napali and Indian restaurant in Longmont for 15 years now. 5 stars highly recommend.
The food and service are excellent! The Peshwari Naan is the best! I ate almost two of them and left most of my Lamb Vindaloo to take home. Beware, the vindaloo is spicy hot! We will be back soon. We’ve been away too long.

I’ve had Everest food as take out over the years as came to town and visited my family. There was never a question of where we ordered from due to the fact that the food is always so tasty. I love their chutneys and usually order more naan than needed just to have an excuse to eat more chutney. The spices they use always makes everything we order absolute flavor bombs! Also, the left overs reheat beautifully. I’ve recently moved to town permanently and ordered some lunch for pick up. When I went in to pay and grab my food I was talking to the lovely owner about how much I love their place and their food and that I found them because my sister loves them so much. As I was walking out the owner called out for me to “Say Hi to [my sister.]. It surprised me and made me laugh. I walked out with a warm feeling and a smile that didn’t leave me all day.
I love this place so much and happy they’re still in Longmont, when so many places are closing. Such a nice pleasant vibe every time I’m there, and food and drinks always on point! Great for solo or group/family dining, lovely music.
