Everest Restaurant has been a favorite of ours for 7 or 8 years. It is consistently excellent, and true to its Nepalese roots. I have been to Nepal trekking Gokyo Ri and can tell you this is true Napolese fare.

Everything I have ever had here has been so good I do the little “that’s good food” dance lol. The food arrives very hot and fresh every time, packed well for delivery so that it does not spill or get cold. The staff are always friendly, even helping me figure out what items to order based on my descriptions because I didn’t know the actual names for some items when I first started coming here. I think this is my favorite restaurant in Colorado. Every item in the veggie thali is completely different but they all complement each other perfectly. The desserts are SO GOOD too. The veggie samosas are so good. I’m no expert on the cuisine by any means but this is some A+ comfort food if you ask me. The friendly staff are just the icing on the cake.

I didn't go in with the intention of leaving a review so I didn't take any pics but we had such a wonderful experience I needed to share. We had chicken korma, chicken biryani and onion naan bread. Very flavorful and aromatic chicken dishes and the naan was out of this world! After we were full and finished and waiting for a to go box we couldn't stop dipping the naan in the sauce for the chicken korma- sadly there will be no naan in my lunch tomorrow! I'm already making plans for the next dishes I want to try. Our server was lovely and food came out fast and very hot. That naan was worthy of pictures all on its own! Thank you for an amazing meal.
