The place isn’t clean at all, the customer service was okay they weren’t the nicest. I tried out the orange chicken and it was honestly super dry and didn’t have the best taste. My co worker said his food was super salty. Wouldn’t recommend coming here!

I used to go here when my kids were very little, once a week. 10+ years ago. I hope Wen still owns the restaurant. I loved her parents. They treated my kids as their own everytime we came in.

I used to come here years ago when working in the area, I think the ladies name was actually Fan that used to be there. I don’t see her anymore. The only guy that’s there now one of the person in the kitchen, possibly is always rude. The quality of the food has gone downhill in major way. The prices have gone up last couple times I’ve been there they’ve messed my order up. They didn’t even have chopsticks there was no sweet-and-sour or soy or any other things that you normally get at any other restaurant I’ve ever been in my life. I asked for spicy lo mein and it was so hot. I could barely even eat it and I didn’t enjoy it at all the fried rice that came along with the lunch combination was a joke. It was just rice with probably just fried peanut oil. Complete joke I’ll never go back again

Sad to say I was disappointed by Fan's. The service experience was ok, staff was friendly and order was on time, but I had to call in my order instead of placing it online since their website has a minimum dollar amount for orders (what?!). Had never been before so I ordered a good benchmark dish of Chicken Lo Mein - one of my all time favorites from childhood. Unfortunately it was waaaaay too salty, to the point of it being hard to eat past a few bites. The dish also included white rice over the noodles, which I have never seen before and detracts from it overall (starch on starch). The only vegetables in the noodles were 3 small pieces of green onion and a handful of squares of chopped cabbage, and it cost me over $15. I am disappointed and will not be returning in the future. For those in the Niwot or Gunbarrel area, Yurihana in Gunbarrel has better food at better prices, I'd skip this and go there every time.

This place is fab. The food was hot and fresh and came out fast once we ordered it. The restaurant itself is clean and they have some really beautiful houseplants if you wanna go ogle a fiddle leaf!

I support George, the owner by eating there whenever I'm in Niwot town. Let's all eat there for the best in Chinese Cuisine.

Great food, easy takeout, good gluten free options

Vegetarian options: vegetarian dishes as well as dishes that are easy to make vegetarian

Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options, they have gluten free substitutions for soy sauce and various dishes that use rice or egg noodles instead of wheat/flour.

Idk, asking for a bit more heat in the food (to me) does not equate using a bunch of black pepper. Used to love this place, but Idk the quality has decreased. I guess I'm back to searching out some quality Chinese foods.

I’ve been going here since about 2000. Though I don’t live there anymore, it’s always a must have. I don’t know if Victor and family would even remember me now, because I obviously don’t look like the little girl I was when I called Longmont home, but I love them and their restaurant. They deserve all the support in the world.
