Firehouse Subs Clover Basin

I'd give this review a ZERO, if it was available. I used to CRAVE the smoked brisket sandwich and have ordered numerous times and ALWAYS delicious. I tried to call numerous times on Monday and no answer then FINALLY on about the 4th time someone answered. The gal told me right off the bat they were out of lettuce and other items, but was good because I wanted the Smokehouse BBQ sandwiches. She took my order and I noticed they close at 6PM and it's 5:30? Seriously? I got my order and notice this place is nowhere close to the GREAT place it WAS!! The brisket was greasy, fatty and no flavor, very little sauce. Only thing I can say positive is I got full eating a 12"!! I doubt I will go back again.................

Sandwich was great, customer service was awesome too. Very friendly, they were laughing and making entertaining jokes/commentary with the customers.

Consistently does not pay attention to customizations to online orders. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve ordered an Italian with Banana Peppers, Oil and Vinegar, and Extra Toasted bread to only receive a normal Italian without toasted bread at all (thats probably the biggest problem—lots of times getting the polar opposite kind of bread that I requested. Soggy and untoasted). Dissappointing, because when its done right its awesome!

I just discovered Firehouse Subs. They have the BEST Gluten free buns! The guys working at the Longmont location are super nice too!

Went into the Longmont store and the "children" working there were the most RUDEST people. They weren't working at all, the store wasn't busy at all. Then they said oh we haven't started making it yet. And their attitudes were the worst. I will not waste my time going there.And then they take a photo of our car like okay.The rudest rudest rudest

I'm so sad! We used to have excellent food and service here. Haven't been in awhile and decided to make the drive from Frederick. Staff was uninterested and everyone seemed high. Ordered to go. Our two sandwiches took forever to be made. We were finally handed our order of two brisket sandwiches. The bag was covered with BBQ sauce handprints. My husband had to wipe the bag off before leaving. Staff just stared at us. Got home to discover they gave us roast beef slices (not brisket) SMOTHERED in so much sauce it was all over the sandwich boxes, inside the bag, and all over the outside of the sandwich. Everything including the pickle was gross. Literally two slices of meat and that's it. We paid $27 for this order and everything about it was wrong. I hope I don't get sick from the quarter of it I ate.

Online ordering for pickup is usually never turned on by the employees here. Called to tell them that their online ordering wasn't working and the guy who answered the phone today sounded high as a kite and wasn't helpful at all, nor did he seem to care at all. Guess this place doesn't want any business and their employees definitely don't want to work. Sad, because one of my favorite subs is here and now me and my family will never be coming back to this place.

Great service, great people, great cause, great food, low wait times. I never feel gross or bloated or greasy afterwards. I feel full and happy and satisfied. I go there quite often now.

Every time I visit, I'm always so happy with both my sandwich and with the nice and good-hearted employees.

Really good sub shop in Longmont food is always good hot and fresh absolutely never disappointed. Bread is a little soggy from the Mayo however that doesn't really matter when you got a good sandwich. AlsoI think she's a manager if not she definitely leads like one but Danielle has really good customer service super friendly was very helpful to the questions I asked about the menu.Keep up the good work Firehouse subs Longmont

When scouting this area for places to eat I happen to come upon this location along Clover Basin Rd. It has many different restaurants but I decided on a sub for my meal of choice. As I enter and walk up to the counter, there was no greeting nor a "Can I help you?" Just a blank expression on her face. The sub itself was good piled high with meat and other fixins and it had a sweet and tangy sauce. Not bad experience overall and I did like how they used a cardboard sandwich shaped box for take out orders instead of just wrapping it up in paper like other sub places tend to use.

Brie and Daniel are amazing . The Food was Outstanding as usual. I really just wanted to take the time to recognize these two ladies. Good job guys !
