Ya ordered a key lime pie concrete with extra key lime and literally got a cup of vanilla ice cream you guys always mess up my order especially on ice cream for some reason every time how do u mess up key lime pie and just give me a cup of vanilla ice cream seems like this is a management problem maybe even and owner problem I’m absolutely done coming here I’ll go to another Freddy’s that has there shit together thanks

The drive through attendant is very rude. To follow that with the food being so salty that it was not edible. I wanted to go inside and return my food for replacement but was afraid of retaliation. I reached out to corporate to no avail. It was a good indicator to never return. Beware of this establishment!

Food is still great at Freddy's Longmont but the place is not being run as well as in the past. At my lunch today my food was handed to me on a tray that was disgusting. Dirty around all the edges.

No soap in the bathrooms either. That's sad and gross as well. I believe the employees use the same bathroom. They obviously need to be washing their hands.

Staff is still very helpful as always. I miss Bobby. Understand he's dealing with some health issues. Hope he comes back soon!

First time we had this place. Not great. Fries cold and not filled to the top suuper salty. Buns were soggy sandwiches weren't put together. I ordered a kids meal with tenders and fries. I thought it came with apple sauce or another side other than fries? And no toy?. For $40 definitely was disappointed.

Very slow service. Burgers were extremely salty. Dining area was FILTHY.

Watched the 'shift leader?' bag our food, including the sauces, he then brought them to the drive thru, and I honestly thought someone in the drive thru order something close to my own families meal. It then sat that for a while, so much so another three orders got stacked up next to our order, by the drive through.

By the time our order was realized it wasn't a drive thru and was a counter to-go order, the same shift leader brought over our bags and sat them in front of me on the counter asking if we had a to go order, to which I responded yes, we did, but I asked if the food was cold? My family and I had watched it sit at the drive thru the entire time it was there. Your staff got upset, and while he didn't say anything directly to myself or my family, he definitely decided to make us uncomfortable. He snatched up and threw away all of the food. Yelled at the staff in the back that he needed assistance up front and then proceeded to angrily throw the fry food into the fry baskets. It was bad enough that my ten year old said he wished I never said anything because he was then uncomfortable.

So we finally get our food to get home and realize we never got our sauces, which sucked because the shift leader got them in the first set of bags, watched him put them in there. I had to run back to the store to get the sauces...

When you spend $65 for a family to eat dinner, how would you feel if this was your experience?

Edit: Hysterical that the response from the company was literally emailing me coupons that didn't cover the balance. No actual response, just coupons. Dropping down to one star because of their stellar response and customer service.

Food was amazing!!! The staff were so helpful with ordering for me and my son. Very friendly people and great service.

Amazing burgers and fries. Everything was hot and fresh.

After ordering a $50 dollar order from Freddy’s on DoorDash. We got our food and the burgers were way too salty and the fries were only half full. I don’t appreciate going somewhere that is spoken so highly about and getting service like that. I ordered a large fry and seems like I got a small instead with how much was in the container.

Consistently great service and quality food. I dislike the new foil bags the burgers come in though as they make the food soggy on to go orders.
