The fries were good but they got the sandwich wrong and didn't realize it till we got home.

Removing the beverage nozzles while a customer is seated for dine in is the food service equivalent saying to please eat someplace else, we do not value your business. Goodbye Freddy's, your burgers arent good enough to be treated like this.

ordered on door dash it was 40+ dollars food was fine but our sauce wasn’t in the bag, and the drinks were practically half filled, they also forgot our straws, just felt lazy and like there was no effort put it, it was 6pm on a sunday and a supper easy order.

Just went for custard, which was pretty good, but the service at the drive-thru was incredibly slow. Probably took 5 minutes for one car in front of us to go, then waited at the window for at least 5 more minutes once we got there, at least 15 minutes total and it wasn't even busy!

Employees were friendly at least, but no idea why things were so slow, maybe a staffing issue.

This was the worst burger and fries from here I have ever had. The fries were over cooked and stale. The burger meat and bun were all cold.

We went through the drive through with my puppy in the car and they gave my puppy a pup cup. She loved it! The burger and fries were delicious too.

The food was horrendous my burger was made with no care the manager Tobias was very rude and stuck up I didn’t appreciate the way he acted towards me

Just had to give very High accolades to Emily for her outstanding service and warm smile. She made us feel like we were part of the Freddy family. She came by our table and made sure everything was fantastic and asked if we needed anything else to complete our visit. We’re looking forward to coming back to your incredible restaurant and seeing Emily.

We were the only people eating and could not find a clean table. Four employees including a manager was standing around with the front of restaurant dirty!!

Employees with gloves on smoking in the back. I am hoping they changed their gloves but why would they be wearing them smoking in the back anyways.

Lady who took our order and at the window is clearly intoxicated.
