My wife and I just enjoyed a delicious meal at Blue Agave. The authentic dish we shared was delicious, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Excellent food! We sampled all the different shredded meats during our lunch. Then went back for dinner same day, it was so good.

Seeing $5 off coupons for Blue Agave in the supermarket and by mail so we thought we'd give it a try. The food was ok but the waitress had no idea what to do with the coupon. She said we couldn't use it for our meal because it was a split check so we asked her to apply it to both sets of meals and she said she didn't know how and apparently no one else did either . I think if they want to advertise and attract customers they should know how to honor the coupon.

Food is typical American-Mex. Canned sauces, pre-made, re-heated nasty. When you order a meal and after taking a few bites, you are thinking that Taco Bell would have been way better... I don't recommend this place. They are remodeling and the place smells like glue.

This is our favorite Mexican food in Longmont hands down! Comfortable environment for both Spanish and English speakers. Angie and Israel are phenomenal servers! We have never had a bad meal here. Favorites include the queso fundido, taquitos (appetizer), and the chili relleno (ala carte or as a meal). The jalapeño margarita is fantastic!!!! They have a new seafood menu as well. The shrimp empanadas were great! We would happy hour here 1-2 times a week when we lived in Longmont, and still make it a point to come here when possible, even though we no longer live up the street.

Posaibly the worst Mexican food we we have "not eaten". I ordered the taco salad. All it was was a soupy something that may or may not have been greasy ground beef at the bottom of a taco bowl. It seemed like they cut the soft part of the lettuce off and gave me the tough stump cut up. Nothing other than that on the salad. My husband ordered the special for the evening, ceviche. It bore no resemblance in any way to ceviche. He took one bite and just couldn't eat it. I tried some and it was inedible. So sad, and disappointing.

Four star service for food service and ambience all the way around. A definite go to. You can't go wrong unless you are looking for something high and elegant Love this place especially when the Broncos are playing on Sunday.

If I could give no stars I would, the food was okay, it lacked seasoning. They are very overpriced and will try to rob you of your money. My family and I asked for shots of Don Julio 70 to celebrate my mother in law's birthday only for it to be hornitos (cheaper tequila). I even made them pour me a shot of Don Julio in front of my face and tasted both and clearly they were different. And to top that off, they served our children last. How long does it take to make a burger. I beg you to save your money and go somewhere else where your money will be well spent. They even charged 18% gratuity and wanted a tip on top of that.

First time here. Dropped off the car at Subaru for routine maintenance. Ordered a chicken chimi from the luncheon menu. Very good. Staff was friendlyWill probably return often.
