This restaurant has good solid food that has the feeling of homemade. The staff is friendly, and obviously has a culture of friendship between the members. When we entered the restaurant somebody in the kitchen was singing along with the music that was playing, and even though it was a little off key, it made me feel at home. The food feels fresh and is made with care. The waiter never let my coffee cup get empty. When we left, at least three people thanked us for coming and told us to have a nice day. Overall a very pleasant dining experience.

Went to the cafe on Mother's day. Short wait. Well worth it. Everything was PERFECT. Short stack of pancakes...they were sized like a 1960 Cadillac hubcaps! Sausage perfect. The home fries potatoes...best ever. Service was fantastic despite being very busy. Three words sum it up. JUST GO THERE.

Food isn't phenomenal, at least for what I got (Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger and a side of fries) lack of sauces/flavoring on burger and no seasoning on fries. This is not to say I didn't enjoy my experience, for a little hole in the wall selling burgers early in the morning, the environment was nice, service was fast for the 2 people they had managing almost 15 tables when I ate. The staff was nice, the food was quick, and payment was easy. Had nothing but time so they got to me when they could, and I was more than happy with that.

2 biscuits topped with 2 sausage patties, 2 eggs over medium and homemade biscuit gravy that includes home fry potatoes and pancakes - excellent! I washed it down with a glass of chocolate milk. Very satisfied!
