A small group of us go to a couple of local microbrews where Hurry 4 Curry sets up almost every week (usually one called Grossen Bart, which is also well worth checking out). The food is ALWAYS excellent, freshly prepared with care by the owner/chef. Indian food also pairs well with many different kinds of beers, so the combination of microbrews and this food truck cannot be beat. Most highly recommended - this is as good or better than any bricks-and-mortar Indian restaurant in the area.

Biswant is awesome super charismatic and has a reall passion for cooking delicious food i took the fist bite and my eyes rolled back in my head and I slipped into a food coma the chicken was so tender it melted in my mouth 11 out of 10

He truly enjoys what he does and it shows in the quality of his food. There is something for everyone - Great vegetarian, chicken, and lamb options. Always fresh! Must try option in Longmont.
