My daughter and I went in right before Thanksgiving around 8 pm and it was quite and slow when we arrived Jay was our server very friendly as we were sitting there it picked up and probably 5 more tables were sat as I looking around I only see Jay running around we got our food which was probably the best we've had at an IHOP in a long time but I went to get a box for my daughter and saw our server Jay was cooking as well so not only was Jay the hostess he was the server and the cook this man was a one man wrecking crew and never even broke a sweat and was extremely polite I asked him why was he by himself he said he wasn't but on top of everything he was training too this man deserves a promotion a paid vacation something to carry the whole restaurant on his shoulders and not even bat an eye at the stress jay your a hard worker and I hope IHOP appreciates you cause clearly they need you more than you could ever need them keep up the hard work my friend!!

Yesterday I went to this location with a friend of mine for breakfast. We had a great breakfast. We both ordered the breakfast combo that was on the $6 value menu. For the second time, we had our favorite waitress, Jasmine. She has a great personality and friendly. While this time she didn't serve us the whole time, she made sure we were taken care of. We were. Thank you to Jasmine and the rest of the wait staff for taking care of us. We will definitely be back. By the way, their buttermilk pancakes with butter pecan syrup is awsome!

Came on Monday morning 11/3/25 around 8am and had a horrible experience from start to finish. Waited up front for almost 10 min before being seated, waitress was rude and barely said a word to us the entire time. Food was cold upon arrival to table.

Not open 24 hours!!! Apparently, the paper sign outranks Google, the front door, AND reality. Closed at 12 — guess nobody could find a single soul willing to work past midnight in the Year of Our Lord 2025. Shame. The Splif decision is no more!!!!

We got there with one other table getting service. The waitress sat a few tables after us that got there food before we did. The order was wrong and she claimed to change the ticket price as we shouldn't have to pay for food we didnt get. She never filled our drinks and was very rude the entire time. Ihop used to be a favorite of mine but this location is the absolute worst experience I've ever had eating at any restaurant. Who gets an order wrong and still makes you pay for it.

If I could give a zero I would. Me and my mom went in ordered and hour later still nothing I asked about are food and then all of a sudden we had it. But was not hot was warm like it had been sitting out for awhile. Before that not one person came and asked us how we were doing. This has happened before and we thought we would give them a second chance. We'll we are done. This was the ihop in longmont
Had a reservation. From being seated it took 30 minutes until our first talk with the waitress. 40 minutes until our first round of *anything* to drink shows up. Food took over an hour.
They charge a premium price for mediocre food and absolutely terrible service.

I write this as I sit here I don’t know what’s going on at this place. I got here at 11:40am and it’s took a little more then 30 minutes to greeted at our table . We ordered and got our food at 1:01pm . Our food was cold when it did finally come. The batter on the French toast is raw .

Wouldn’t recommend this location at ALL. Better off going to Boulder for IHOP. Waited 25 minutes to be seated at a table despite asking for a booth. Then waited another 30 MINUTES to have our drink and order taken. Another 20 minutes pass and our drinks come out, 2 waters, a lemonade and a coffee. Waited another 15 minutes for our food to come out cold and not a waiter in sight to ask how we were doing. Location is either understaffed and over run or everyone’s hiding in the back. Would have been better off going to McDonalds. Not to mention the hair or whatever it is on my wheat toast.

Was told it would be 20 min wait time , when there is zero people in the waiting area!!!!! waited ,then waited another half hour just to get my drinks I LITERALLY HAD TO WALK OUT with my Daughter and WIFE.... These people should not be conducting business if anything they should shut their doors down if they can't pay people enough to want to work there they shouldn't be serving people
