I went 3 years ago and I read the reviews that are current today and it's the same thing the place is empty and you get very poor service but when I did go and I wound up going to the front to order because no one came to my table so I could order.. the food was good but IHOP really needs to look at that store and get the appropriate staff and environment so people want to come because IHOP is and always has been the best!

The service was terrible from the start, my party and I stood at the front waiting to be seated for an unacceptable amount of time. Drink order took long to order and come to the table. Food took 45 minutes or more to come out. My spouses food was forgotten of or taken to the wrong table. No check ups no refills. Other tables had dirty dishes to be picked up. I will never be coming back. (Food was okay)

Jasmine was amazing! Came in July 6th at 9pm and she had to deal with some 14 year olds trying to leave without paying. It never affected the service we received. She let us pick the music since we were the only other customers. Incredibly kind. Thanks!!

Very disappointed with my service today and my family and I are big ihop lovers. My server came to the table and didn't greet us and introduce themselves. We were ready to order instantly, we ordered 2 cupcake kids meals and a single French toast and a side of french fries. Waited about 45-50 minutes then was told its going to be another 15 minutes for my fries. I would understand this wait if there was a restaurant full but I was my table and another table of 5 at the time. When the fries came out there was about 15 fries total on this small plate. I was also under the impression that it was going to be a basket of fries. I mentioned it to the server and all I was offered was to order more fries and be charged for more. Then once our meal was completed waited another 15-20 to be asked if I was ready for the check. Ultimately very disappointed with the service provided and wish it felt like there was a little more empathy as a single mom coming in with her 2 kids that after an hour and a half being here were getting very anxious.

Waited over an hour for food while waiter dodged our table, only got us drinks when we flagged him over. At the end of the hour it turns out he never turned in our order, knew that, and was dodging our table because he didn’t want to tell us. Never going back, awful service

If I could give ZERO stars I would! New server who didn’t speak English didn’t know how to operate the point of sale device. Didn’t bring us any water after 20 minutes at the table and never brought us the coffee we had ordered. After several attempts at trying to take our order he left never knowing whether he got it or not? Tried to complain to the manager but she didn’t speak english, so…bye bye . Never ever ever ever again. P.S. we hadn’t been there for years because of the service so we thought we’d give it another try. Our bad. BTW, First Watch across the street had coffee on the table within 30 seconds of being seated…
