Food was delicious, ordered an 8. The slicer, Mikey was amazing, friendly, talkative, and smiley. My sandwich was well topped and felt very filling. I will be coming here again. Between the amazing service and delicious food, I highly recommend you visit this establishment.

I honestly use to love coming here, Until I recently had a bad experience coming in the afternoon. I wasn’t greeted with much respect by Mikey. My sub was made completely wrong which is super upsetting and on top of that Jersey’s Mike Sub fails to see their own workers hygiene. If you’re going to be working around MINE and others food please make sure you have good hygiene I could honestly almost smell him through the glass. Disappointed never coming here again.

I love Jersey mikes but I don’t recommend ordering online or through a delivery service bc even when you take off toppings and condiments the sandwich still comes with it. I don’t know if it’s the way they receive the order or if they just don’t pay attention but every time I order online or through a delivery service my sandwich always has the things I didn’t want.

Order a giant portobello steak sandwich without onions. When I went in to pick it up instead of a giant sandwich, there was 2 smalls they said they messed up and made me too instead of the giant sandwich i open sandwich before I left to make sure it was correct it was missing the peppers, so I asked them to remake it for me. The chef was very rude to me and the manager never even said. Sorry, I felt very threatened by the whole situation plus when I got home with the sandwich and opened it. It did not have extra steak like I ordered. The whole experience was horrible, which is a shame because I really like the restaurant, but I don't think I'll ever go back at least not that 1. This was not the first time they've messed up my sandwich.When ordering online must be a poor system.

This place is great. I regularly hit sub shops around my area but this was one of the best subs I've had in a while. Food was perfectly cooked service was beyond excellent. I'll definitely be coming here again possibly later today with company. I wish there was a location in my town (80305) becuase I have to drive 30 mins to get here.
My son and I came for lunch during the week. There were 3 young men working that day. My son ordered a GIANT ham & turkey sandwhich. After he finished the whole sandwhich, he wanted to share the achievement with the employees. When he did, they were so proud of him & cheering for him. They made him feel special & got him a free cookie! Thank you!

Beware... sometimes you just don't get your food. If you order online, and pickup, check out your food before you leave the store. Several times we have not received what we ordered. Then additionally... ordering from this store through Doordash is a nightmare. We have ordered from here 4 times through Doordash, and three times did not get all of the food we ordered.... Like missing sandwiches, or food that was not made correctly, with all of the ingredients. Not sure how it can be this bad... We will try a different store going forward. Too bad because this one is the most conveniently located for us.

The manager i didn't get her name she was blonde and the nicest pleasant person she was so helpful helped me figure out what to eat.her and the younger guy with longer hair were both super nice and made it a very pleasant experience I will be telling my friends about this place.

I was there recently and I was pleasantly surprised with the service the manager was a lady named Ashley she went out of her way to help me find what I needed asking me if I needed help getting outside I will continue going there and recommending that store because of my experience.

Scary... watched the employee recycle the Lettuce that fell off the subs over and over and over again before getting to ours. Once it was our turn I looked at their Lettuce in terror as I then looked at the employee that asked if I'd like them "mikes way". I proceeded to ask first for Lettuce. The employee scooped the 4x used/recycled Lettuce off of the counter onto the sub and topped the rest with the Lettuce in the bin which also looked pink and brown. We immediately walked out and went to a restaurant where our money and hunger can get value. Truly disgusting and will be looking to report this to sanitation and the health food services.
