Jimmy John's is the only place I've found that is consistent in it's quality that's also affordable. The only reason THIS store didn't get five stars had nothing to do with the food. A worker sprayed window cleaner directly onto the glass instead of on the rag and that's a no no when people are eating. I didn't say anything, I just moved to another table. Not a big issue, but simple cleaning rules are there for a reason. If their tables had umbrellas on them I would have ate outside and avoided the problem altogether. Again, no other place other than high priced fine dining can give you consistency like Jimmy John's and even then it's all according to who's cooking at the time.

When I came into the store, and throughout my visit I was the only customer. The staff looked a little bored, but were still professional and jumped up to take my order and make my sandwiches right away.

I'm a reward app member and went in to get my free 8-inch birthday sandwich and the guy had me put my phone number up and just said yeah sorry no birthday reward for a free sandwich but know that some reward members don't get the reward email. well long story short the guy didn't give me the birthday sandwich and thought that was incredibly rude since he knew I was a member.

Freaky Fast, Freaky rip off. Got 2 sandwiches with extra cheese. Both had one see through piece of turkey, ham and cheese. Such a rip off!! And no the extra cheese is not buried in the mayo as they claim when you call them. I take my sandwiches apart and toast them when I get home.
Asked for a number 9. All other restaurants, if you say a number. It’s a meal. This guy says a number 9 is just a sandwich according to this restaurant chain. Ok that’s fine. Then ask customers if they want the meal or sandwich only. To which he did not ask. When I asked if he put me down as a meal he had some serious attitude about it. Restaurant inside was very dirty. All tables were sticky, I moved 3 times. Most Jimmy John’s are very good. This one is not. Stay away.

To begin, I’ve ordered from here 3 times in the year I’ve lived in Longmont. I live less than a mile from this location. Had a similar situation when I lived in MN. There, always fast, never longer than 20 min. This place, 30 minutes at a minimum, mistakes on 2/3 of my orders too. All the delivery drivers have been great though.

Luke is the best!!!! You don’t always get great service at food places these days but we did today at Jimmy Johns thanks to Luke! He is so kind and compassionate and really cares about the people he is serving. He makes great sandwiches too! We will definitely come back in to eat there more. This is a great Jimmy Johns!
