I had Josie cater a family party, and she and her staff did a great job. The food was great tasting and plentiful. She gave us warming dishes to keep the food nice and hot. Josie knocked it out of the park. Everyone was very impressed. Thank you again.

2 employees and cook visiting at counter. Never got acknowledged or waited on, so I left. If a place is busy, I'll wait patiently, but personal conversations that are more important than customers (I was the only one) doesn't sit well with me.

Josie's Tacos is a seemingly hidden gem on Main Street! Josie and all her staff are lovely! You can taste the love they put into every authentic dish. The flavors are on point. The meats are perfectly seasoned and prepared. We loved trying all the different salsa options. Also, their horchata is delicious and a generous size. We are lucky in Longmont to have so many Mexican options - and Josie's is most definitely one I recommend trying!

Authentic Mexican in Longmont. Ate in, and had their 3 dips and chips, enchiladas, & street tacos.
5 stars to their dips and chips. Portion is tiny so not really a sharable app. Enchiladas were delicious but so spicy my husband couldn’t finish them, like a little less spice even if you like spicy, bc they’re so hot you can’t truly enjoy the flavor. It overpowered them.
But everything else was great. Kind staff.
