I love kung fu tea in longmont, its my favorite location and its really easy to get there from school. i love their boba and every flavor is good, also the service is amazing! tom is really cool and he always puts up with me and my friends and is always really nice. the service is awesome and so is the food, also i love the claw machine things

Tom served me today and let me just start by saying the service was RIDICULOUS. He was treating the employees rudely and I was served not 1 but 2 wrong teas! I asked for brown sugar boba and was served what seemed to be black boba with brown sugar syrup?? WOW I wish I was just told there was no brown sugar boba? Secondly I thought the lid was supposed to be sealed?! Um HELLO!? The drink spilled all over the car and i discovered the lid was only half way on?! I am happy I asked for his name before leaving so I am able to warn people on here! Careful guys I would consider other boba places in the local area!

I visited the shop with a colleague for a project and had an exceptional experience thanks to Abeer. She was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to help me set up the rewards app so I can start earning points. Even tho ive been there many times before, Abeer was the first to provide me with such outstanding service and mentioned the reward app. Her friendliness and enthusiasm truly made my day. She came allllll the way to our table to check up on us and made sure we had everything we needed anddd! offered us complimentary testers of their new drink, which is unexpected and appreciated from a boba shop or even a restaurant.
My colleague, who was trying boba for the first time, was also impressed by everything.
Ps: As someone who is usually picky about service quality in the US, I found this visit to be truly exceptional. Abeer’s outstanding service has certainly made me excited to return and bring my besties.
Highly recommend this place, especially if there is someone like Abeer there to assist you! ☺️

Great boba! Standard drinks are a little sweet for me so I had a half sweet milk tea with boba and it was perfect. Clean, colorful place with upbeat music. Service is great, and I noticed they welcome everyone in. Definitely a gem here in Longmont. I'll be back again soon.
Can customize your tea just how you like. Like mine with double boba. The options on the menu can be a little intimidating... try the Thai milk tea with boba.

I ordered a drink half sweet and didn’t try it until I got home. Pretty sure it was at 100% sugar (compared it with another drink I got at 50%), it was way too sweet and couldn’t drink it unless I diluted it with water. Kind of disappointing since I made a trip just for the drinks. I’ve been here a few other times sometimes it’s good, sometimes meh, just inconsistent.
