The only thing guaranteed is that your order will be wrong and the employess will not care. This is the last time we will ever attempt to eat here. Our order was missing chips, salsa, queso, and tortillas. The order is missing tortillas 100% of the time. So the overpriced entree can't even be eaten as intended. Of course there was lettuce all over everything even though the order said "no lettuce". Tacos had no cheese. While I was waiting 15 minutes for them to fix my order 3 parties waiting to be seated ran out of patience and left. These guys have no clue how to run a business

The food was amazing! Quesabirria tacos were the best ones I’ve had yet! During the time I was there around 4 different waitresses were checking on us and making sure everything was good! 10/10 would recommend!

The loud music completely ruined the experience for us, and unfortunately we won't be going back to the new location. Absolutely high enough decibels to cause hearing damage. I really feel sorry for the staff. I don't need to feel like Im clubbing while my whole body is vibrating when I'm just trying to have dinner with my family. Too bad. We always liked the old location.

I have been coming to La Mariposa my entire life. I’d like to start off by saying location is absolutely beautiful but that doesn’t change the fact that the menu has still continued to go down hill. Took my family to eat the other night and was disappointed. Only getting 2 tortillas with your fajitas? Come on now. I know you can request more but a solid 3 would have been good. Rice and beans were minimal. Fried ice cream came out with just the ice cream not fried no toppings etc. again atmosphere is beautiful but please revamp the menu a bit while still keeping your roots.

Breakfast was fabulous...I especially loved the salmon Benedict. Our waitress Erica was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly! We were a large group and enjoyed the beautiful new location, menu and ambiance.

Portions were large and food was good. Service was honestly great as well and we were checked up on multiple times during our visit. The only complaint I had about the food was that it wasn't that hot and came out on the warm side. Other than that, I had a great experience at this establishment.

We tried the new location for brunch today and were so glad we did. The inside is bright, airy and full of fun butterfly details. The menu had so many things we wanted to try, but we finically settled on the barria and the vegetarian Benedict. Both were fresh, flavorful and delicious. Our service also couldn't have been better, all the staff that we interacted with were friendly, positive and very attentive. I'd highly recommend this place!

I'm going to break this down: Food-3 stars Service-5 stars Ambiance-0 stars I had the ceviche with shrimp and fish. It was fantastic, and I'm not a huge fan of ceviche. Husband had a burrito and said it was pretty good. Thumbs down on the queso and salsa. Both were so thin it was like putting soup on a chip. Guacamole was pretty good. Service was fantastic. They were hopping busy, but our guys took great care of us. We didn't have to wait for anything. The ambiance was horrible. They kept turning the music up so loud we had to yell to try and converse. And even then, we couldn't hear each other. Several people in the room were complaining and shaking their heads. They'd turn it down, and several minutes later it was back up. I mean crazy loud. Worse than a club or bar. It was absolutely awful. We will probably try them once more. Give them a chance to work out the kinks.

Venue is very nice but there seems to be some start up issues. Plenty of staff but they appear to be inexperienced and untrained. Taco Tuesday menu is so illegible that even the waiter couldn't read it. Waiter didn't seem to know how to use the handheld device and was unfamiliar with the offerings. Food was bland and the salsa had the taste and consistency of tomato juice. We will give it another try because it's local and hope it improves.

OK so the new building is pretty but who is writing these reviews of the food and drinks being so good. We found it expensive and small food. Ordered fajitas and the plate it was only had small little sections for the toppings and very minimal, They only give you 2 tortillas and they are not good ones. The margaritas were weak, the salsa was like tomato soup. Really?? Cost upwards of $100 for 2 meals and drinks with tip. Not going back. Cyclhops is the place to go for Fajitas. You can split a meal and they give you lots of toppings.
