Been here multiple times and I've never had any issues, quite the opposite. All the workers I've ever interacted with have been really cool.

What the heck for a ready made pizza is now $10.00? What happened to the $5.00 pizza? Young girl was very rude and had me waiting didn't say anything I was the only person in I hate rude people 😡 if you can't have good customer service then find another job that doesn't require interacting with people not worth my time, plus who cuts the pizza it looked like a 2 year old did it!! What a joke!!

They do not understand the word “extra” or “sauce” no matter how much i ask kindly. Dryest pizza in the world and they act like someones got them held hostage when you ask for extra sauce cuz they just cook it the exact same. Such a disappointment. Its not that hard to just put SAUCE on a PIZZA! Its almost like its one of the ingredients

I've had to wait 15+ minutes past the latest possible time promised by the app. While waiting i saw two employees eating with bare hands while simultaneously making food. I also witnessed the manager let the phone ring 12 times because she was on her cell phone and just didn't get up to answer it. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

This place never has anything hot and ready. At all. Look at the other reviews. Corporate, as if they even care in the slightest, should shut this location down.
I walked in and wasn't greeted right away the cashier knew I was there and walked away before taking my order. When she came back and got my order I had to wait for it and I get home and 2 of the pizzas was messed up so I took they took them back and put them in the warmer, they then told me I had to wait again and for the right pizzas all while they had workers just messing around listening to music

Would give 0 stars... just moved here to Longmont recently and I have ordered pizza from this location twice now. both times the pizzas I order were incorrect, and were missing something out of the order. Both were such simple orders no modifiers or additions to any of the items. Personally coming from a chef myself if you can't handle a simple order and check it twice to make sure its correct and all there then you don't deserve to be in business. especially with the price of food now days its not cheap. And even bigger shame by not taking the proper approach to make it right. By not skimping on the refund or remaking it. And I get it mistakes happen but thats 2 out of 2 times my order was incorrect those are high odds that mistakes are more often then not. I will not be giving it a 3rd chance for another failure. I'll take my money and use it somewhere who actually takes pride in there work and product. By following whats ordered, taking the time to make sure entire order is correct and all there like the customer pays for.

Went in to get a hot and ready pizza the girl working the front looked at me and went back to talking to her friends but went behind the soda fridge thinking I wouldn’t notice. I’m sick of companies hiring kids who have no concept of customer service and do not strive to teach it to them. I do t know if the kids are a bigger joke or the company’s hiring them that do not teach customer service are. Either way you missed out on a sale

I quit using the other Longmont location because of the immature manager and I am glad I did. I order online and have never had an issue with my orders.My only "complaint" is that the canned mushrooms are not good. Too thick and mushy for a pizza.I have never seen the crew messing around or being unprofessional.
