The manager, however, took my experience to the next level by offering additional insights and factors to consider that I hadn’t thought of. Their expertise was impressive, and they genuinely took the time to guide me through the process. They even went the extra mile by joining me on a test ride, riding the same model I was interested in. It was a top-notch bike purchasing experience.

This bike shop is the best. Expect honest and thorough service on your ride. We had one little hiccup, not even their fault, and they went so far above and beyond to make things right. I always love to support local and small business. This one is convenient for me, but would definitely be worth a drive if you want outstanding service that you can trust.

Highly recommend this shop! I own two bikes which I purchased from here (a road bike and recently an e-bike) and have only good things to share about my experience.

The e-bike purchase took a little bit of trial and error, but I am very happy with the outcome. I test rode the Trek Dual Sport+ 2 and loved it for its sleek look and lightweight advantage. I purchased it for my commute but realized after a week of riding it that I needed a bike with more power and better range. I inquired about returns / exchanges and was met with incredible customer support. Talked to the owner, Kristie, over the phone and email and she helped me think through the attributes that would improve my commute (torque, battery specs, motor type, assist level). I really appreciated her knowledge and expertise. I ended up exchanging the Dual Sport+ for the Allant+ which I'm stoked about -- it's a heavier bike but has the specs I need to breeze through the commute every day. The time it took to go thru the exchange process was well worth it! I was also able to get the CO tax credit re-applied to my Allant+ purchase, which the shop handled seamlessly (i.e. voiding the original tax credit and re-issuing it). Thanks team!
