You can tell when you walk in that the owners and employees care a lot about the cycling scene. I was new to it all and they gave me so much time out of their day to help me understand and learn everything I needed to get out riding.

There is no pressure and there is no vibe of just trying to get a quick buck, just a good community based bike shop with good people. They will be thorough and they will help you find a bike that matches your needs.

These guys are amazing! Super friendly people! The customer experience here is next level. And Pepe, the manager, is incredibly attentive and super nice. Jacob, the mechanic, is super friendly, happy, smiling, and has a huge heart. It's hard to find a business or store in Longmont that makes you feel so welcome. After trying to put mirrors onto my bicycle for almost 2 hrs myself snd getting very frustrated, I went in without an appointment and they did it for me immediately without a wait or having to leave it. I tried to pay them, but they would not take anything. I’m terrible at remembering names, but the technician and I believe it was the owner were just down right nice people. Their location is a little hard to find off the beaten track, but the building is beautiful and off the Main St. so plenty of easy parking. I highly recommend them for bike repairs and they also had a great selection of electric bikes. I will think of them whenever I need their services or sales. So many people working in all phases of work nowadays have bad attitudes and it was so nice to find this business and these people.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest and super fun place to learn about and maybe purchase an ebike, from experience we highly recommend Longmont Bicycle Company. The owners and staff all worked together as a team to make sure we were comfortable and had ebikes that were exactly what we needed and wanted.
We can’t say enough about what fun we had test driving the bikes, first in a safe huge parking lot to familiarize ourselves with the bike itself before we pulled into traffic and rode to the St. Vrain bike path right down the street.
Honestly, from the very first minute we walked through the door and were greeted, to walking out with our new ebikes, rack and accessories we enjoyed the entire experience. There wasn’t a question they weren’t willing/able to answer. We walked in as strangers and left feeling like our friends owned the best bike shop in the Denver area.
Last month Velotric named Longmont Bicycle Shop a Showcase dealer. For consumers, that means they stock all the models and colors of Velotric, not to mention several other brands we saw in their shop. We are confident with our warranty plan and they’re state-of-the-art bicycle repair and service area, not to mention their racks of accessories, that we have everything we need to enjoy our new ebikes.

I am an experienced mountain biker and took my bike here to have new sealant put in and new valve stems added to my wheels and they overpriced me about 110$ and when I came in to ask them about it they said I “got lucky” and “got a deal” ya no. They also bent my front brake disc and also asked them about that and they said “its not our fault” you guys did that. Terrible service and are extremely rude and take advantage of you DONT GO.
