I have always found Longmont Bicycle Company to be helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

Outstanding customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Excellent after-care for add-ons, tune ups and such. I recommend very highly.
On three visits I spoke with three different staff members and had the same experience with each; they really truly listened (really listened, vs waiting for me to stop talking!) to what I was looking for, a tough task considering I was talking about the bike and biking I loved back when, and now after a 35 year hiatus I was, at age 70, looking for a bike again. All three staff members thoughtfully weighed my past experience against current reality and guided me to a bike I wouldn’t have thought of but is PERFECT for my present situation. I am delighted with this gentle and accurate advice.

From the front it looks like a fancy E-bike store, but the bike shop they have in the back is the REAL ⭐️star⭐️. I brought my single-speed In because my tires weren’t holding air. Turns out I was managing my Presta valves all wrong! The guy who helped me (Chris), not only fixed the issue with spare parts from the shop, he explained to me where I went wrong and taught me how to handle it moving forward. FOR. FREE. He recommended (didn’t push) that I get a new floor pump that would work better for my bike, and I gladly took his advice. I’ve been here a few times before and the staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. Do not skip this place, especially if you need help with bicycle repair. I cannot recommend Longmont Bicycle Company enough.

They quickly fixed the flat tire on my old bike and provided a useful map of local bike trails.

Everybody was so friendly! They made my bike way more rideable (shaved 3 minutes off my commute haha). You can tell they’re there to help, not upsell you on anything. If I need a bike shop again I’ll definitely be back :)

What incredible service! I went in just to buy some new brake pads, and the owner stayed late and installed them for me on the spot with speed and expertise!

I walked into this shop with only a general idea of what I was looking for but very little knowledge about specifics. Pepe was my sales associate and was fantastic - he patiently explained all the different options and helped me understand what features would matter for my riding style. Pepe listened to what I wanted to do with the bike and guided me toward the perfect fit rather than just pushing the most expensive option.

The bike was ready to go much faster than expected, properly assembled and tuned. Beyond the great sales experience, I feel confident I've found a trusted shop for future maintenance and advice.

Highly recommend this shop whether you're a cycling expert or complete beginner. The expertise and customer service are top-notch.

I was unfortunate that I did not get the great customer service that the others are raving about. Lack of follow up from the staff twice on a new bike purchase, and seat purchase. My bike had no tracking, lack of customer services follow up like they said, I lost my confidence in their abilities for excellence and just cancelled my purchase. I was so excited to take my pups for a ride. I am bummed. Now I have to start my search all over.

I haven’t biked in over a decade. I went into Longmont Bike and they helped me get everything I needed. The staff pointed me to a bike that perfectly fit my budget and goals. Pepé was friendly and knowledgeable. He was incredibly patient with questions and showing me how everything worked with my new stuff. Highly recommend and they have a lifelong customer!

For what appears to be a small shop, they pack in everything you need. Great selection of parts, gear, and snacks for riding. They seem to keep the floor full of bikes. Service has been fast and flexible.
