Abbott & Wallace Distilling

Some friends brought me here while it was visiting and I had this delicious cocktail from the winter menu! Can't remember the name of it but really good, and the vibes were super chill. I will definitely stop in here again the next time I visit.

Stopped by for restaurant week and got a steal -the offer was $25 for 2 cocktails and a bar mix
/ cookie (I went with the latter and it was a pretty basic cookie). Even better, there was a fall celebration where I got a free bratwurst.
The two cocktails I got were the s'mores old fashioned (pictured) and the bacon old fashioned. The s'mores drink was super tasty and I loved the presentation. The bacon drink was fun to try but I wasn't a huge fan.

I really enjoyed this local distillery. They had great spirits and fun cocktails ! The staff was friendly and the drinks were very creative. My girlfriend is much more knowledgeable than me about spirits and said they were fantastic. I liked the vibe in their as well I would come back here

Beautiful atmosphere and great food! Recently stopped in for my first time attending a craft night and it was the perfect space. Love!

Went there to try their rums and was pleased overall! The aged rum was well done with flavor profiles that I expect for such rum. The friendly bar tender gave me a sample of the spiced rum to try on his recommendation. Normally I don't go spiced rum direction but was pleasantly surprised! It's not super sweet like most spiced rums and has really fun good flavor profile. I'll look forward to visiting again and will put my reviews on RumX. I'd recommend their rums. And the tasting area is nicely laid out and comfortable.

Had their whiskey and DIDN:T like it at all. Actually bought a bottle at a family reunion and love whiskey - I love Buffalo Trace, Weller, and Eagle Rare. I enjoy other top end whiskey but really struggled with this. I want to like it but this is tinny, and had a metal aftertaste that I just could not handle.

Excellent distillery! We got a tour with one of the owners, John, and liked hearing the personal history of the business. Then we stayed for drinks and excellent food - pork belly sliders, wagyu beef sliders, and chicken feta flatbread. They were also very accommodating of my soy allergy. I could have the GF flatbread and the cook put together a delicious fruit & cheese plate for my dessert. Our drinks were delicious and we took home a bottle of gin. Highly recommend!

Stopped in this past weekend and had way more fun than expected. Planned to have a drink then move along, but ended up chatting with the bartender, Sam, and got a ton of background on the distillery and their spirits. Sam was super knowledgeable and we ended up staying for another drink and some tasters. Left with two bottles and expect to be back next time we're in town. Great spot and really appreciate the time Sam spent with us.

Great live music and refreshing drinks. They have distilled libations featuring both alcoholic and alcohol-free concoctions. Fun!

Great place for live music, hanging with friends, date night, cocktails and mocktails. Head chef, Edward, and the staff were amazing and so very nice! Food was delicious! We will be back!

Trivia night on Thursday is hilarious! The gin they make here is so good.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great drink options, and the wings are incredible. Clean and fun atmosphere.

Cool spot in Longmont! Sam is an incredible bartender who crafts amazing cocktails with skill and creativity, and his warm, personable nature makes every visit memorable. My favorite is the Manhattan—perfectly made! Sam always has a smile on his face, adding an extra touch of friendliness to the experience.

I came in after work tonight because I have heard good things. The options for cocktails is unique and what tried was great. I had a few tastes of the liquors and they were all very nice - smooth and tasty. The service was also very welcoming and accommodating. I am already looking forward to visiting again.
