We love Marco's pizza! It's our favorite pizza ever. Every time we order the food is constantly great! I hope there will be another Marco's pizza opening in Longmont, since this location closed. Crossing my fingers!

Ordered pick up for a work meeting. Rick did my order. I left a great tip and he said he couldn't help me with taking it to my car. Didn't even get the door for me. Poor customer service after leaving a tip.

I ordered as soon as they opened, got an estimate that it would be ready BEFORE 11. Stood there waiting and she hadn't even started my order by 11:30, so I left and I'll probably never go back. Avoid this place if you want your food in a timely manner.

Short Hispanic chubby guy was so rude literally no one was in there and he acted like it was so hard to take my order and was so rude... So sad been coming here sense they opened and I will never come back with the level of his disrespect.

The manager and her coworker were very nice and professional even though they were under pressure from 4 other orders behind me. My overall experience was great and the pizza was delicious, I had a special pepperoni pizza, a salad, breadsticks and for desert a double chocolate brownie. Everything was delicious and I would order from them again without hesitation.

Our go to after work to lazy to cook want decent pizza. Longmont location off south Hover: a big part of the 5 STARS on this review is the service. It makes a difference that you consistently customer oriented when we enter the door. Keep it up. The third pillar is the app... makes it so easy. My only complaint is the app doesn't consistently allow me to reorder the same order.

I recommend to contact, talk to Lisa! Lisa is amazing, great worker. Try help me to communicate with her other co worker when i order. I'm also deaf!

So I walk in one hour after the time the I placed online order was supposed to be ready for takeout ... and it's not ready for takeout. I ask the service staff what's up with the order being an hour late. I am told that she's too busy (there are no other pizzas in the oven, no other customers, no other pizzas waiting pickup on the rack behind the cash register)... I say, "OK, well, can I talk to your manager?" I am told no. Puzzled, I ask for the contact number for the branch owner. I am told I can't have that number. ... so I say.. "OK". I ask for the service staff to call their manager or branch owner - and am told "NO". They are not going to call their manager or branch owner to let me speak with them. I ask what the attendant's name is. They won't give it to me. So... "OK". I had a complaint about the pizza being ready an hour later than their own service told me to expect - but when the staff stonewalls and won't allow the customer to speak with someone who's actually responsible for the service provided... what else do you do? Well... you yelp, is what you do. The pizza is good. The service is strangely defensive about receiving a customer complaint. I got the distinct feeling that my concerns were not only falling on deaf ears, but that the person responsible for producing the product simply didn't give a darn about what my experience with the restaurant is. I'll be sure to tell everyone I come across that they'd better order up a long long long time before they think about being hungry, if they are going to order online. Unbelievable. ps. if the owner of this franchise location wants to call me - please respond below, I'll get in touch. Your staff clearly needs more guidance on handling customer complaints (it's not the end of the world, and it's not a personal attack. Smile, listen, tell them someone will look into it. Take notes, give contact info, a wish them a better day! Maybe even give out a coupon for 5% off NEXT TIME... so that the customer has a chance to return and have a better experience... whatever you do, don't send a customer away un-helped when they ask for some resolution!)

Great pizza.. usually! Ordered at 11:30 and was told it would be 18 minutes. Paid before I got there and left a 10 dollar tip. At 12:15 was told by a "manager" that it would be 45 min before it was ready. I let her know what was said when I ordered it and she said take it or leave it. No sorry or apology. That was a 10 dollar tip that I want Back! I have 12 people waiting for food or I would have asked for my money back

The pizzas awesome but the taste could be better. The taste isn’t as great as some other restaurants in the area but it sure is a family favorite!!

Pizza is great…customer service is soooo bad…as soon as I walked in this guy was so annoyed to take my order then brought out or food and was annoyed when I asked for plates..our cheese bread wasn’t even cut into slices…trying to enjoy a night out before the movies and this place will no longer be it….
