Went here twice this past week and will go again. The burrata was fantastic for an app and both the short rib and tuna were great. We met the owner last night and she gave us the background/history on the restaurant as well as the family atmosphere. We sat outside on the patio at 7pm and it was perfect. The martinis are great! Really appreciate the personal touch and introductions. Great place to hang out, relax and have a great meal/drinks!
Try the smoked old fashioned. It’s an off-menu item !
Food was amazing! Jack was an amazing server. Treated our table like we were family! Definitely the perfect spot for a birthday celebration! Loved the live jazz as well
Food truck is terrible. $14 for a crappy burrito, no eggs as mentioned. Also, the worker had dirty nails and the food truck itself looked dirty. Will not try again. Wondering what their physical location’s kitchen looks like if they can’t manage a food truck.
A very nice relaxing, laid back place, service is friendly and professional, food is unique and delicious.
Fave little local dig in Longmont. Order the mussels, the brussels and the truffle fries - you won’t be disappointed 😋 Staff is very friendly and accommodating. And the martinis are to die for
We had our anniversary dinner here. The food was amazing! Such a cute and unique restaurant.
Five stars in all the areas. After visiting here for a few times, the food has been consistently excellent. If you could, visit on a warmer day, sit on the patio, and enjoy!😊

I had high expectations because of the reviews! The drinks were the best part of the meal. They are pricey but you are basically getting two drinks for that price. The NY steak was horrible. Thin and overcooked. The bisque was good and the carrot cake was DRY.

Food and service was great, highly recommended. I received an email the next day stating I no-showed my reservation but it was no hassle to sort it out.

Martini Bistro in Longmont, CO: A Disappointing Second Visit
I recently returned to Martini Bistro in Longmont, CO, hoping for a better experience than my first visit. Unfortunately, I was once again underwhelmed.
The atmosphere was less cozy than I remembered, as the bar area was quite noisy and made it difficult to hold a conversation. I ordered a bistro salad, crab cake and scallop dinner, and creme brûlée dessert.
The salad was just okay, nothing special. The crab cake was excellent, however the scallops were rubbery and inedible. The sugar on the creme brûlée was burnt.
Although the staff was friendly, they were quite inattentive. We had to wait a long time to order our drinks and food, and they didn't check on us very often to see if we needed anything.
Overall, I was disappointed with my second visit to Martini Bistro. The food was average at best, the atmosphere was noisy, and the service was poor. I would not recommend this restaurant to others.
Additional Tips:
• If you do decide to visit Martini Bistro, I recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice. The atmosphere is much more peaceful and relaxing.
• Avoid ordering the scallops. They were not fresh and were very chewy.
• Be patient with the staff. They seem to be understaffed and can be a bit slow.
Overall Rating:
I would give Martini Bistro in Longmont, CO a rating of 2 out of 5 stars. It is a mediocre restaurant with average food, a noisy atmosphere, and poor service. I would not recommend it to others.

Fast delivery. Scallops and crab cake dinner, burrata, mashed potatoes, was all very good. However the Steak skewers weren’t the best pieces of meat, had a lot of fat and veins, barely edible, couldn’t chew into half of it.

This is very old fashioned, and not in a great way. All the dishes were 1980s in style, and all were B executions, most because they were overcooked. The weirdest moment was my iced tea arriving and being blacker than coffee. Upon tasting, it was clearly instant iced tea that had been mismeasured (likely tbsp on place of tsp). We also sat outside and needed to sit sideways as the tables have cross-pieces preventing getting your legs more than 8 inches under the table.
If you are walking distance, it might be a place to casually walk to, but not a destination.

Came in for happy hour and wanted to feel comfortable while I finished up some work on my laptop. The hostess was so accommodating and my server was so attentive! Martinis are amazing and the garlic fries are incredible! Beautiful setting as well.
