Five stars in all the areas. After visiting here for a few times, the food has been consistently excellent. If you could, visit on a warmer day, sit on the patio, and enjoy!😊

I had high expectations because of the reviews! The drinks were the best part of the meal. They are pricey but you are basically getting two drinks for that price. The NY steak was horrible. Thin and overcooked. The bisque was good and the carrot cake was DRY.

Food and service was great, highly recommended. I received an email the next day stating I no-showed my reservation but it was no hassle to sort it out.

Martini Bistro in Longmont, CO: A Disappointing Second Visit
I recently returned to Martini Bistro in Longmont, CO, hoping for a better experience than my first visit. Unfortunately, I was once again underwhelmed.
The atmosphere was less cozy than I remembered, as the bar area was quite noisy and made it difficult to hold a conversation. I ordered a bistro salad, crab cake and scallop dinner, and creme brûlée dessert.
The salad was just okay, nothing special. The crab cake was excellent, however the scallops were rubbery and inedible. The sugar on the creme brûlée was burnt.
Although the staff was friendly, they were quite inattentive. We had to wait a long time to order our drinks and food, and they didn't check on us very often to see if we needed anything.
Overall, I was disappointed with my second visit to Martini Bistro. The food was average at best, the atmosphere was noisy, and the service was poor. I would not recommend this restaurant to others.
Additional Tips:
• If you do decide to visit Martini Bistro, I recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice. The atmosphere is much more peaceful and relaxing.
• Avoid ordering the scallops. They were not fresh and were very chewy.
• Be patient with the staff. They seem to be understaffed and can be a bit slow.
Overall Rating:
I would give Martini Bistro in Longmont, CO a rating of 2 out of 5 stars. It is a mediocre restaurant with average food, a noisy atmosphere, and poor service. I would not recommend it to others.

Fast delivery. Scallops and crab cake dinner, burrata, mashed potatoes, was all very good. However the Steak skewers weren’t the best pieces of meat, had a lot of fat and veins, barely edible, couldn’t chew into half of it.

This is very old fashioned, and not in a great way. All the dishes were 1980s in style, and all were B executions, most because they were overcooked. The weirdest moment was my iced tea arriving and being blacker than coffee. Upon tasting, it was clearly instant iced tea that had been mismeasured (likely tbsp on place of tsp). We also sat outside and needed to sit sideways as the tables have cross-pieces preventing getting your legs more than 8 inches under the table.
If you are walking distance, it might be a place to casually walk to, but not a destination.

Came in for happy hour and wanted to feel comfortable while I finished up some work on my laptop. The hostess was so accommodating and my server was so attentive! Martinis are amazing and the garlic fries are incredible! Beautiful setting as well.
A great restaurant in a quiet neighborhood. The food and drinks are great.

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at Martini Bistro. I had the scallops and crab cake, and my husband had the duck pasta dishes. They were both delicious. The staff was attentive and pleasant. We will definitely by back!

My wife and I have been to Martini's Bistro several times over the years. We have not been to Martini's recently, so we thought we would do a date night and we chose to go there. First, our waiter was Adam. He was great. Very attentive, had lots of suggestions, and was a pleasure. We order cocktails! Both of us had Martinis, me Gin, my wife vodka and they were very well prepared. We ordered two appetizers, on the happy hour menu, Mussels, and garlic fries. Both were good, not great but descent. I wish I could say our entrees were that way. My wife got the Scallops and Crab Cake, and I had the Rack of Lamb. When our meals arrived, my wife's was a mess. They gave her two Scallops, one crab cake, a pound of potato's and some asparagus, that looked like it had been over overcooked and pathetic. My wife told me the scallops were chewy, the crab cake was cold and did not taste fresh. I tried her Scallops, and they were very overcooked and very chewy. Half the plate was potatoes. She ate just a couple. My meal looked like someone just threw food out n a plate to get it out. My rack of lamb was supposed to be Medium Rare and was Medium. It had no flavor, no salt no pepper no anything. It came with gnocchi, fava beans and hazel mushrooms. It was also supposed to have a sauce. The Gnocchi was burnt, the Fava beans had freezer burn, and there was little or no sauce on any of the meal. It had no flavor. I hate to write a bad review. This place used to be a great place to take a date/wife and enjoy some good cocktails, and a great dinner. The cocktails are still good, but unfortunately the food had become cheap and inedible. I hope they can do better and get back on track.
Disappointed that tiramisu desert was not available. We had an early reservation and to run out of that desert was disappointing. 3 of 4 guests wanted tiramisu. Seem like poor planning. Otherwise the meals were excellent despite pricey!!
Evening began great. Food came, so far so good. One hour after dinner was served, we were done 20 minutes ago, waited 16 minutes more and no server. My husband went in to the restaurant as we were on the patio and found server with other wait staff. She said, " oh,where were you seated!"
Gave her our card to pay even though we
Hoped to get coffee and dessert.
Sorry, done with Martinis

Everyone was very courteous and the food was excellent. We were seated by a lovely sweet lady as soon as we entered. Our waiter was awesome and very personable. We both had a lovely evening, as it was our anniversary. Cannot say enough about our meal as it was perfect. We have been enjoying dining at Martini's Bistro for many years. Great restaurant to have a special night out. Thank you, Margie and Vernon
