Poor, unknowledgeable servers. Brought desserts and had to be asked for spoons. Asked multiple times for drinks, utensils, etc. Got charged 3x for iced tea refills. Paid $40 for two small scallops and two small crabcakes. Was told by the server that they couldn't take my gift card without the original email. (The email printout was what I gave to them.) Asking for a manager resolved that issue. Wouldn't issue separate checks - gave us printout of the bill and we had to initial all the things the 3 parties had on the same slip of paper. Never again
Martinis Bistro is truly a hidden gem in Longmont! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a night out. The food was absolutely outstanding—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their craft cocktails and martinis are some of the best I've ever had, each one mixed to perfection. What really made the experience memorable was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and clearly took pride in making sure every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Combined with the intimate ambiance, it made for an unforgettable evening. If you're looking for a place that delivers on food, drinks, service, and atmosphere, Martinis Bistro is it. Longmont is lucky to have such a special spot, and I can't wait to come back!
This was our first time at Martini's Bistro. Martini's offers a great menu with variations from simple to more elegant entrees set in a unique and charming 1800's Colorado estate. The dishes were incredibly creative, beautifully presented and so delicious! We had Lamb, Ribeye and Ahi Tuna dishes - all amazing! The service was outstanding (Thank you Jake!) with constant attention, and exceptionally nice staff! Would highly recommend!
I was last at Martini's five years ago. It's markedly improved or I have a bad memory of my previous experience. I ordered scallops and the rest of my group had tuna. My scallops were cooked perfectly and much better than the scallops I cooked for myself 2 night previous. Not only was the food great, but the service was outstanding. They weren't that busy but that sometimes doesn't mean service will be great. I wanted wine with dinner and the waiter saw that out food had been served already and he literally ran to get the wine without a look from me. Very attentive to lots of other things as well.
We highly recommend Martini's Bistro! The patio outside in the summer months is a terrific experience.
Martiini's Bistro is a hidden gem. Away from the busy main street with a lovely patio for outdoor dining. The cocktails were superb and the meals were delicious. All four of us remarked how good our entrees were with the lamb chops as the standout dish.
The entire experience was excellent & although the prices are a little highend, it was all delicous. I would recommend this place especially for a special occasion.
Had a wonderful happy hour experience this week. Ashlyn was our host, server and all around go-to at the Bistro. Service was (and always is) outstanding, the food was perfect, although they were out of the mussels. Drinks were great, too and the patio was beautiful.
This was a celebration regarding a new job. Garlic Fries and Charred Olive, Mozzarella & Tomato Skewers were a great start. Waitress (Ashley?) was awesome. Harrissa Grilled Chicken Breast was amazing and the salmon was also great. It was Martini Monday which we enjoyed immensely.
We have been dining at Martini's about once every 4-6 weeks for the last three years, and have had many wonderful meals there. But our experience last night - when we invited guests to join us at one of our favorite restaurants - was very disappointing. While the Steak Skewer, the Wedge, the Bistro Salad and the Seared Ahi were excellent, my husband's New York Strip was dry, tough and full of gristle. Not at all on par with the usual quality of Martini's entrees and appetizers. But our main problem was with the service. It was painfully slow. We were a party of four who only ordered one round of drinks and then main courses, no appetizers or dessert, yet we were there almost two hours with huge lags of time waiting for our drink orders to be taken, waiting for our food orders to be taken, waiting nearly an hour for our food to arrive, then then waiting for the server to see if we wanted anything else and give us our check so we could leave. We will not be returning any time soon.
Restaurantji Recommends
Table just outside of noisy bar. Barman in constant loud conversation with guest. Some menu items not available for 6:30 reservation ( burrata, creme brûlée). Service was ok but a bit chaotic. Steak skewers were tough but entrees were delicious. First time at this restaurant and overall ok experience but surprisingly not a very smooth evening for an established eatery. Nonetheless, will try it again.
Great spirits and food pairings! Would definitely recommend this place and their special events!
Martini's Bistro is one of our longtime favorite local dinning venues. It was great to see the outdoor dinning area was enhanced by the installation of a “seasonal awning”, that minimized the impact of the thunderstorm. The overall rating of our experience last night was primarily due to the miscues of our server (Adam) and the close proximity seating in the outdoor space. At the time of our seating, the team made us aware of the potential for storms, but did not modify the seating in advance which led to customers making their own just-in-time adjustments without consideration for surrounding tables. The manager checked in on us after the fact and it was “too late” to make appropriate accommodations without causing undue drama. The ribs and short ribs were delicious. The lamb was undercooked and tough. We will return, because we believe last night was not the typical experience.
Outstanding overall experience, fantastic food, drinks. Attention to detail was fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit.
We love the Martinis for it delicious food and quiet atmosphere. Our daughters love their mocktails and look forward to them! We took my mom for her birthday and everyone there made her day special!
