This "gourmet restaurant " was average at best. Bread and butter was good. Calamari appetizer was about as bad as I've ever had. I could barely tell if there was any squid inside the bland batter. The mussels appetizer was very good. The braised rib entree was bad. The ribs were tough as shoe leather and tasteless. The Palenta was okay. The bill came to $133 for 2 people without cocktails.
We had a great experience at Martini's Bistro last night. It was our first time there and service and the food and the whole atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
We had a great experience at Martini's Bistro! Our server, Darrion, was delightful. He was professional and very attentive as well as enjoyable to talk to. The only reason for the 4 rating was that I found the Harissa Chicken to be a bit dry and the sauce so pungent that I didn't enjoy it as much as expected.
