I started going to McCarthys for their karaoke but quickly found myself as part of their regular crowd. The bar staff are all very friendly and take care of any issues quickly. During the winter, they put up an enclosure on their back patio and turn on heaters so those who smoke or don't want to be inside can stay warm. The one problem I have is the incredibly tiny bathrooms. Unless you are stick thin and short, you'll have some difficulty getting in and out of the restroom....
This place is my go to for karaoke. Always a good time.
I've been coming here a long time. It's like going to a party at your best friends house! Always welcoming and you feel safe there. Joe is an awesome KJ who makes sure everyone gets a chance to sing. The bartenders work hard to make sure everyone has a good time.

I love this place. Great chill, kind bartenders, and wonderful vibe. Good music, good drinks, good prices, good old-school feel. Great spot with nice locals.
