And once again they screw up. I ordered a Diet Coke and it was only 3/4 full when they handed it to me. I asked them to fill it up all the way. They honest to God, looked at me and filled it with more ice. This place is a horrible joke. You can't complain because no one there understands you.

Got stomachache from the mcdouble, was that ketchup or ???? Look into where you dine we didn't even upset them .....but know they spit on the top after I bit into it....my spouse who purchased is light skinned jfyi the staff was a 1488 necklace wearing ....look up 1488 meaning when asked about it she replied it was a gift from her mom so......racist people raises...what.....

Had a VERY hard time ordering my food.. they tried telling me 3-4 time to "use the computer" (their word) But it was down! Finally after they understood that I needed THEM to do their job, I continued to give my order as slow as I could manage.. some how got fish fillet instead of chicken... had to say "pollo" for them to understand what I wanted... mind you this is Longmont Colorado.. had no clue being bi lingual was a requirement to order good ol american McDonald's?? Not a single person in the store speaks clear consise English.. this is a drastic failure on McDonald's and on whomever owns this location along with the one on Ken pratt/Main...

Latest, used drive through, order taker was on the ball, getting special orders exactly. Food was pretty close, but only 4 nuggets instead of the 6 on the receipt, and paid for.
Seems like whenever they make a mistake, it's not in the customer's favor. Makes me wonder if it's management policy, rather than incompetence.

You guys HIKED prices during COVID to be greedy !!! Now your feeling it !! I hope this whole chain dies slow and horrible !!! You guys raised prices took advantage of people during COVID when they had no money , now you want to offer specials to bring people back.. Worst McDonald's in Longmont. Can't understand "No Onions," I'll instead always, without a doubt, get EXTRA EXTRA. For 2 weeks in a row. Oh, and you'll get yelled at when nicely saying, "Excuse me, I would like no onions please." What a joke. Go anywhere else in Longmont besides.
