the attitude towards guests is disgusting, I haven't felt such a toxic attitude towards myself from the employees for a long time. Natasha is a person who would rather talk and laugh with other employees than be friendly and kind to guests. Disgusting.

Usually, a decent experience. Unfortunately, when we came in today, I was dismayed to discover the lobby had a ton of latex balloons in it. I was unable to see them from outside, or i would not have entered. I am very allergic to latex, so I had to quickly order food & leave while my family waited for our food so I wouldn't have a bad reaction.
I would suggest not decorating with latex balloons in the future. Latex allergies are prevalent enough that even hospitals don't allow latex balloons inside anymore.

Usually come once a week since i work close by, everyone here is always very kind and helpful! Lupeta (sorry if i spelt that wrong) as well as Abby (sorry if i forgot your name!) are usually the ones helping me and are always very courteous, helpful and polite.

Horrible experience. Gave me an empty pie box on purpose, cold old hollow Fries and sandwiches, I waited over 15 mins at the counter just for them to get me ketchup and sugar. Also toilets were out of order and dirty tables. They also charged me 30 cents for whipped cream on my dad’s coffee that he didn’t receive. Don’t waste your money here

Review: Disappointed and Frustrated with Tonight’s Experience
I usually don’t leave reviews, but tonight’s visit to McDonald’s really pushed me to speak up. I ordered through the app and picked up two of the $5 value meals, along with two apple pies and two crispy chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, almost everything was below standard.
Both orders of fries were soggy — not just a little off, but really limp and unappetizing. The chicken nuggets were cold, which was surprising and honestly kind of unappealing. The hamburger was actually hot and fresh — the only item that came out right. The Hot n' Spicy sandwich was tough and overcooked, and the crispy chicken sandwiches were way too dry, especially around the edges. It felt like they had been sitting too long or cooked way past where they should’ve been.
What really blew my mind were the apple pies — they were freezing cold. Not room temp. Cold. Apple pies are supposed to be warm, if not hot — that’s kind of the point.
I’m shocked at the lack of care from this location. I would expect that if employees are assigned to stations — fryer, flat top, etc. — they would be properly trained and know how long to cook items. Timers exist for a reason. Why serve soggy fries or dried out chicken? Would you eat that? Would you be happy getting a cold apple pie?
I tried calling, but no one answered the phone — and I ordered through the app, so there’s no one to speak to directly. I’m not just disappointed; I’m pissed. See. I live in the Denver metro area and I was just passing through after visiting some family for Easter . And thankfully I will never be returning back to this location . Do better. McDonald's ! This was a terrible experience, and I honestly hope management sees this and takes it seriously. Because of the quality of this meal that I got I had to try and find something else to feed my kids .I’d also appreciate some kind of refund or compensation — I didn’t get what I paid for.

was on my lunch break went to the drive thru and waited for exactly 8 minutes and no one would come thru the speaker. it’s so ridiculous meanwhile the other lane would take orders and there were employees just talking outside I already had a whole line behind me as well. never coming back to this McDonalds.
Food was hot, especially the fries! Restaurant was clean and service was quick and polite.
