Modern Market Eatery

I used to work part time for three years at Modern Market Eatery which had switched ownership three times along the way! Management changed and one of my coworkers became a manager and abused her power of position to further commit Neputism by hiring her husband and family members to higher positions and pay immediately after hire! I never had a performance review, trained and hired new employee’s, was refused a raise after three years! I was forced to quit! I am now receiving unemployment and working with the EEOC for I feel I was discriminated against due to race and my disabilities! I would eat in another place because they don’t believe in inclusion! And there is mold in their kitchen!!

We were really excited to find this place. Fresh food, veggie options, and healthy. My kids loved the chicken. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. We will definitely be back!

Modern Market is hit or miss. Some of the salad was way past it's prime. I got an Ahi salad yesterday and all of the lettuce was soggy and wilted. Not good.

Wow! Delicious food. Highly recommend the Salomon Caesar and the Nutella waffle. The blueberries were sooo fresh! Delicious as always **

I only tried the pizza and it's so good the ranch might seem unappealing but once it's in the mouth it like fireworks exploding in your mouth, the pizza was really cheesy and saucy and so pleasing. It felt like I was a kid again, it felt amazing having it in my mouth. Definitely a good nice doughy pizza. Will come again!

Got the Bbq beef sandwich. Barely over half the sandwich was meat.
I was told this is because it is by weight, and some are thick and short, some are thin and long enough.
For $15 I dont want half bread. Maybe the person cutting the meat needs to do better?
Otherwise seemed like good quality product, but we won’t be back.

Shrinkflation got to this place. Their Baja Chicken Salad is so delicious and one of my favorite things to eat ever, but it’s a $13 salad. 100% worth it (I’d even pay more tbh, it’s that good) when you got a whole salad but now they send the bowl and the dressing containers out half full. Super disappointing that it’s happened multiple times. At first I thought it was a fluke but now have had a disappointing half-full (and half is being generous) salad multiple times. I’ll upload a photo comparison. Where’s my lettuce??
