1st experience, not the best. I placed an order online with a pick up time of 4:15ish. Just pulled up, thinking I was late (4:33P) and the guy at the register said it will be 10-15 more mins. 🤷♀️ I hope the food is worth it...

Been here 2 times after I guess they got new employees cooking, the girl taking my order I believe her name is Brianna she was nice as for the food I ordered... I ordered the Japanese udon noodles & ordered extra protein & they over cooked one of my steaks so I would be biting into leather & the other time I ordered the chicken Parm also extra protein my chicken was way too salty, these people put no sauce as they're supposed on the each order... yet they think I don't know how to cook or something. How they got a job there cooking I do not know cuz their cooking skills are no good. It's like they don't enjoy their job or just sabotage certain peoples order so they don't come back. They need a better cooking staff!! 😔

We are out of towners whi decided to try this location. I have a couple things I wanted to point out. The woman at the counter was very nice and made sure the pan was clean so Id have a gluten free meal. However, there was NO warning on how spicy the pad thai was going to be. My mouth is ON FIRE!!!

I walked in to an empty restaurant. There were no other patrons there. I was not greeted. A man named Tyler was working behind the counter. It looked like he was bagging a to go order. I stood there waiting to order and it took him about 5 minutes to take my order. The food was ok. I probably will not return. Customer service is key for me.

Came in with my partner for a later dinner. Sharla took our order, was incredibly kind and helpful. Her customer service is incredible and very personable. As we waited for our food she was checking in on other dine in customers! Just such a pleasant experience to have and watch. We love our pasta but the customer service deserves to be recognized and complimented! Thank you for making our night!

Idk what’s wrong with this location but lately their chicken is constantly burnt and they recently changed the way they make cheese bread been pretty disappointed in this location. Probably go to a different location for now on.
