I came in and picked up a delivery. The young lady that was working there at the time was so kind and cordial. She deserves a five star and a raise for such charismatic and thoughtful customer service.

I had some friends over a couple of weeks ago with our three toddlers and we decided to order delivery from the Noodles and Company app. When we received our order a regular size Mac and cheese was missing which was one of the meals ordered for the kids. I called and let them know about this mistake and they told me I could come in a pick it up for “free” even though it had already been paid for. What is more frustrating about this offer is that I already paid someone to deliver it to my home for the reason of not having to go pick it up myself. Why would I pay to have it delivered to then just head there myself to “right” their mistake? I told the girl on the phone I would just like a refund. She seemed slightly annoyed about this and got the manager on the phone. He answers with “What seems to be the issue?” as if I’m inconveniencing him. Again, I paid for a meal I did not receive through delivery, this is your issue. I ask to be refunded and he says I will need to contact Door Dash and take it up with them since I ordered through Door Dash. I inform him I did not order through Door Dash, I ordered through the app. He then says he will issue my refund no problem and says goodbye. The day goes by and I don’t see a refund so I call again. The girl answers again and immediately hands the phone to the manager who again answers “What seems to be the problem?” Such a strange way to answer the phone when you know the problem. I ask when I can expect my refund and he says by the end of the day and if not then, within the next couple of days. That has been over a week ago now and still no refund. I used to frequently order from this Noodles and it has slowly been going downhill. The food order is always wrong or missing something, our order took over an hour to get to us, and on top of it I can’t seem to simply get refunded for something I paid for and never received. I should not have to call a third time. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Good food for a moderate price!!! The amount of food no longer reflects the cost like everywhere else...sad!!! But they do offer a variety of foods usually with choices of 2 different sizes!!! I, am, however, like a child when I go in there, and of course, get the largest, mouthwatering, rice crispy treat, that they make...ummmm!!!Parking: As with most of the parking lots off North Main Street...they are in SHAMEFUL CONDITION...POT HOLES, DEEP ONES TOO, EVERYWHERE!!! THE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES ARE TOO TIGHT WITH THEIR MONIES TO MAKE GOOD CHOICES FOR THE LITTLE PERSON/SHOPPER...WHAT'S NEW!!!Wheelchair accessibility: No way can a wheelchair fit in this Restaurant...way too tight!!!

Ok food. Potsticker dough too thick and tough. Korean beef ok but pricy. Better to go to an ethnic restaurant for similar pricing.

Noodles and Company is a great place to take your kids. Kids love noodles. Portion size is perfect. The adult noodle options are delicious. Noodles is a healthy way to feed your kids fast. Love this idea and food is great.

The food was well made but lacking in flavor. The location dining room was clean and seemed well maintained. Very nice lighting. I did not use the bathroom. I like the use of real flatware as a nice touch. I got the macaroni and cheese meal deal. My friend got a chicken pesto something...? Both were very plain tasting. The meal came with a Crispy, a rice crispy treat. I wouldn't mind trying again. Maybe something else will be more flavorful.

The food was good but the service needs some help. He asked of we needed silverware and then didn't give any an when the order was ready we had to wait for the cashier to call out the name. Not terrible but needs a little refining on

Been here twice in about 6 months. They took over 20 minutes on simple orders when it wasn't that busy.

Super disappointed in my order. If you like pasta DO NOT TRY NOODLES AND COMPANY. They’re noodles have no sauce making them super dry. If you order extra sauce it’ll cost an additional $5 off on top of your DRY $20 noodles. I order pot stickers as an appetizer as well and got a tiny little sauce container that wasn’t even enough for their smallest order. Noodles and company had gone soooo down hill it’s NOT worth the money at all. Make pasta at home it’ll taste 10X better with generic sauce compared to “NOODLES” and company.
