The cakes are delicate and soft! Not too sweet and has a good balance. Would recommend! I HATE cupcakes but this is to DIE FOR! Go here right NOW!!!

5 stars simply because the manager drove out the missing part of my order themselves and honestly really appreciate the fact I didn't have to cancel that order or have Uber deliver again. They handled that issue really well and the cakes are always delicious. Thank you.

Great cakes! I always get the double chocolate chip, my husband’s favorite is the lemon or the cheesecake when they have it. I love stopping here for a sweet treat occasionally.

The cake was delicious, it looked beautiful , however we ordered a Gender reveal cake a the effort to disguise/hide the gender part was in our opinion not givin the best effort. They stuffed a rattle in the middle of the cake but it was barely sat on top , with a paper flower covering it that was not secured in anyway at all. So when looking at the cake straight on you could clearly see the blue of the rattle an the words boy when facing the cake head on, so before we even got to properly do our event an see the results the mom, prematurely seen it while unwrapping the cake; it was clear as day, so again the cake was phenomenal but thanks for the zero effort on hiding something that should’ve been special to us , I hope you choose to do better in the future for people who choose to shop with you. Thanks.

Disappointed when I opened the box with the dozen little "featured assortment" cakes to find the flavors didn't include any chocolate at all. The clerk also didn't ask me what flavors in particular I wanted or inform me of what was or was not in the box. My bad cuz I should've asked. May just be the way this comes.....but for the money spent, it was a let down. Cakes were good and service was fine.

I ordered a 2-tiered cake for my daughter and son-in-law's baby shower. It was easy to order online, and they had just what I needed in terms of the decoration. The cake was nicely packaged with instructions on how to remove the wrapping and stack it for the event. The young woman who helped me when I picked it up was very pleasant. I had many comments from guests on how good the cake was.

Have been eating these cakes for years. Picked up several bundts this week and they just were not good. Flavor was off and amount frosting was super disappointing.

Placed an order 2 hours out for pick up. Got to the designated spot and followed the prompt to check in. I allowed 15 minutes to pass before calling because I hate being “that” person. No answer. I figured they were really busy. 5 more minutes go by I call again. No answer. I tried again and it seemed at that point a staff member was answering and hanging up the phone. I called again after I left to leave a voicemail requesting a refund. A staff member calls me back and tells me there’s nothing to refund because I never paid for my pick up order, I asked her if this is something that happens when placing online pick up orders because I have my confirmation email for my order placed, she says no this has never happened. I look at my bank app and there it is, states that I’m awaiting the charge to be reimbursed, time stamped at 3:56pm. Just several minutes after I leave the voicemail. Crazy coincidence? Laziest staff I’ve ever encountered and to top it off to have the audacity to call me and say I never paid for it when they already issued the refund. If you don’t want to do your job correctly at least try harder at lying.
A few years ago as Covid was ending I had the worst service at this location I however didn’t leave a review as I know it’s boulder county and they just be crazy there. However our last visit was so bad again I think it’s time to speak up. The customer service was poor the girls working were rude and just lazy. I work customer service as well so I’m very kind about “expectations”. I will say the service was better the next day when we returned for the order since the team the night before couldn’t be bothered to work in the last hour of their day. BUT worst part is the cupcakes were not good. They taste freezer burned, and the icing was not made correctly it taste strongly of flour and corn starch. I’m not sure if it’s just this location or if they have cheapened their ingredients but it’s all a complete NO for me ever again.

As someone who can’t have gluten and seeing how GF cakes usually taste terrible, I was thrilled to see the Lemon Raspberry GF Bundt cake. Then I tried it and WOW, amazing!! It is Sooooooooo goood!!!!Please continue to carry it!!!
