We have tired them several times since they opened, and I really want to like this place, but they make it impossible to do so. Interior is really cool, and the food has dramatically improved since they first opened. The service, however, is horrible.My wife and I had a reservation for 6:00 on Friday, and we were promptly seated, given waters and a menu, and then completely forgotten about. Our waitress was too busy talking with her coworker (who was actually serving tables) to even look our way. We left after waiting 20 minutes without even having our drink order taken. Went down the street to Collision Brewing instead, had dinner in no time despite them being much busier.There are plenty of reviews complaining about the service, but they were NOT busy and had staff just standing around. If you're determined to give them a try, it's probably best to sit at the bar.

We decided to try Outworld for the first time last night and won't be back. We had made a reservation however the staff (once someone noticed us and another group standing there) were greeted, the server was confused as to where to sit a party of 6. Usually most restaurants will hold a table if there is a reservation... once we finally got seated service was non-existent. Not enough water glasses for everyone were dropped off, Took 20+ minutes to order drinks, another 20-30m to get drinks (with one taking far longer as it was forgotten), another really long wait for food, the food was cold as it likely sat for a while before being served, etc. once we did get food we had no silverware and requested it from who dropped off the food however we never saw that person again so another wait for our server started.And then we had to chase down the server to get our checks to pay/leave. The atmosphere of the place is pretty neat but it is hugely soured by the total lack of service and attention to patrons.

The service was bad. There was a single server for all the tables and it was packed. It was Saturday night, trivia, so I don't know why they would be so short staffed. There are multiple reviews spanning months for this place complaining about how short staffed it is, so there really isn't an excuse at this point. Either the pay is too low or the work place is toxic. The poor service we received was NOT the servers fault, she was doing her best with no support. Beer selection is not great, but they boasted about the "full bar" and that they could make any cocktail we wanted. Not really what we want at a brewery, but ok. I didn't order a cocktail, but the woman at the table next to us did. She ordered a Pina colada, nope they can't do a Pina colada. So, she ordered a Mojito, nope they can't do that. I don't know if she finally found a cocktail they could make but I like to think she did. The food was great though, at least someone back there knows what's up. Whoever made the food has some serious knife skills and real culinary taste. The bathroom was also very nice. This place has a ton of potential if they can figure out some of the massive gaps in beer and service.

The theming of this place is so unique and fun!! It really sets itself apart from every other CO brewery. I also can't say enough good things about the food! Everything was delicious and clearly made with care. We'll be back soon!

Visited at 4pm for a quick drink, too early for dinner time. New waitress made us feel uncomfortable for not ordering food. Ordered the Black IPA and waitress said "Black is Beautiful?" which is their stout. We said no, the Zarjaz. Waitress still ended up bringing the stout and proceeded to charge us in full without telling us the stout is more expensive than the IPA. Asked to sample the Red Drink and personally didn't like it, so tried to order the Future Farmer but was told it wasn't available. Waitress kept coming by pressuring us to order so I asked if there was a seltzer or any other non-alcoholic options. She said "No, what are you looking to drink?" I said I like sours. She responded with, "Well I like the Red Drink so you really don't have options". I ended up getting the Mexican Lager, which wasn't to my taste either. Overall we felt uncomfortable at every turn and service was very aggressive.

Great staff. Food took ages to come out. Was waiting 40+ minutes for a sandwich and fries on a not busy night. Beer was ampted up but incredibly disappointing. Hefeweizen was best beer we tried, but would certainly not come back for it :/. Great venue, with cool idea but unfortunately taken away by the fruit flies roaming around our table. Bathrooms lacked maintenance, toliet paper and paper towels, Thank goodness for pocket tissue. Hope to see some improvements in the future, but don't think will go out of the way for this one :/

The decor is great, the food was wonderful. Fish and chips can be so hit or miss, but here the breading was perfectly thin and crisp without being an oily mess. Trivia night was unexpected but a ton of fun.
