I requested broccoli on all Mongolian beef and extra sauce. I ordered one full meal of Mongolian beef, gluten free, and one regular Mongolian beef bowl.Here is what I got.

The Mongolian beef was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Although the place is small, it is really pretty and clean.

HORRIBLE! First and last time I will EVER or from them! If you don't like your job, quit! Otherwise be proud of what you serve! Egg rolls burnt, main dishes no flavor. Just BAD!Update: BF took the food back and Tyler graciously gave us gift cards! Thank you Tyler for making it right!

PF Chang's has gone down in quality but the prices keep going up. We would have been better off ordering from a local restaurant rather than ordering from a big box chain. I really used to like this place and their food, but it just isn't the same anymore. We had a problem with our order and I called the store immediately after placing the online order. The lady on the phone stated she would make the correction (that did not result in any type of change to our bill). We arrived and picked up our food without the promised correction. We took the food home as is anyway and still the Lo Mein and fried rice lacked flavor and the crispy shrimp was not crispy. I'm giving them three stars because the food was not completely terrible. However, I'm done with this chain and I won't be going back.

We wanted Chinese for dinner and decided to try this out. I would have preferred any of the Chinese takeout in town over my meal. The kids honey chicken came with the sauce on the side so the chicken stayed crispy, but mine did not. It was mushy and more sauce than I would have preferred. The fried rice was terrible - it was dry and mealy with zero flavor. Very disappointing considering out of my family of 5, my meal was the most expensive. Next time I’ll order from East Moon instead.

Great option for PF take out! Very short wait and identical to the normal chain (for anyone skeptical). Wouldn't go here for sit down just because of the store atmosphere but a perfect takeout option!

30 bucks for 2 burnt egg rolls and maybe the most pathetic chicken fried rice I've ever had. We're talking worse than China buffet. Crunchy undercooked rice and 2 day old chicken nuggets chopped up with a grated carrot. Never again.

Ordered $150 in food. Mongolian beef came with half the protein of the other dishes. Maybe 8 oz of beef for $27. Honey chicken was mushy and tasteless. Sesame chicken was also mushy and tasteless. Firecracker shrimp was… you guessed it, mushy and tasteless. About the only thing properly cooked was the white rice. I’ve hade all of the above at PF Chang’s, and this was not even close. A phone call to Chang’s to go had a manager tell me since I ordered through grub hub there was nothing he could do. Really? They didn’t cook it, the driver was friendly and on time. Certainly not their fault.
