We arrived at 5:30pm and instead of seeing fresh food, they had dried out old stuff. They acknowledged the food was old and did make our choices fresh. They also locked the doors at 6pm and opened the drive up only.

Food was hot. Portions was good. Quiet dinning. Specialty drink was good, but expensive. Coupons in app saves very little. So if you don't have the app, you are not missing much. I think they need to come down on their price by $2. The ingredients were good, however the texture of the mushroom chicken, makes me wonder if it was chicken or some other animal meat. Overall the honey chicken and fried rice was good. The workers could improve on their level of friendliness.

This place needs new management or staff. It’s been months my boyfriend and I have tired to get panda express between 8:30-9 (over an hour before closing). Each time they have been out almost everything. One time they did not have any white rice or fried rice, this most recent time they were out of multiple main proteins. We haven’t been able to get any food over the course of a few months of attempting.

Is it one scoop or two? I watched as the whole family before me received two full scoops of each of theire entree's. When it was my turn I only received one scoop per entree. This is always the problem with this franchise. I like the food but to watch the people before me get twice as much when I pay the same just doesn't seem fair.

I've never been to a penduce press where I was disappointed until today. The food was not appetizing, chow was on the chewy side. Mongolian beef it's like eating marinated beef jerky.

I love the food and the service is the best always with a big smile the same with the management but the kitchen guy was using his phone in top of the prep table on the kitchen is so unfilthy and with a headphone on his ear.What cain of cook you guys have?
My order double Pepper Steak had 6 pieces of steak that I paid extra for. My Kung Pow, like my steak was mostly veggies and nuts with about 4 pieces of little chicken. Probably needs to be reported to corporate. Last week we ordered beef & broccoli and came home with 1-3 strips of steak each the other day, it's officially become a problem. Either the franchise owner is ordering it's poor managers to meet certain profits or the managers are trying to impress someone with numbers.
Read all current complaints, if you just came home and had the same experience please complain.

Wait time was very long, even decided to place mobile order while waiting in drive through. Had additional lengthy wait. Get back to hotel and there is no cutlery in the bag to eat it with. Food is what you expect from Panda. At least it was hot when we finally got it.

The wait was long. I believe if you go at 11 when they open some of the food is from the previous day. Not everything is fresh. Not at all happy with the honey sesame chicken. If you are adding sugar, it’s too sweet, It does not taste like honey. Also, I am noticing you are serving less rice and chow mein. Rice is cheap,, and I need a magnifying glass to find the egg, peas are a waste of time, maybe more carrots???You must think we are blind or stupid. Stop raising your prices and serving less food and especially when the 3 rd entree is put in the small container, you are not filling it!!!
