Wait time was very long, even decided to place mobile order while waiting in drive through. Had additional lengthy wait. Get back to hotel and there is no cutlery in the bag to eat it with. Food is what you expect from Panda. At least it was hot when we finally got it.

This panda location...don't waste your $$ here. After reading the other poor reviews...this place needs a turnover.
Management is....??? Where. We were in drive thru and what a joke.. My order was the plate entree & 2 sides...I ordered chow mein, shanghai angus steak and orange chicken..
I got home to fried rice...and a double order of orange chicken. The receipt shows the shanghai steak up charge.... No steak.. Get it together panda. I keep giving...
